I had a little problem with Jeulia, I bought a ring, didn't like, send it back for an exchange but didn't get a credit or an exchange. I tossed my tracking slip from the post office, when I realized they received my return, but I needed the tracking number to proof my return. I went in circles with Customer service. But after keeping on it and finding a very helpful Customer service representative, I've got my credit and I was able to order another ring. I love my new ring and I will be buying more Jewelry from Jeulia in the future!

China Post surface mail which is unregistered mail out of China, no tracking number is available with this order therefore the shipping progress out of China cannot be traced online.
The actual delivery time may be affected by peak shipping periods, public holidays, bad weather and other reasons.
