I love the product but the shipping and handling was way too much, almost as much as the earrings. This high shipping and handling Wii probably keep me from ordering in the future and referring family and friends.
This company is from China and is shipped from there Beware they will not stand behind there fake jewelry. All I've ask is a return label to return these rings for a credit card refund

I've had a horrible experience with this company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! I bought a ring that looked beautiful in the pictures. It took a few days for me to receive the ring, but that was understandable as they shipped from China, and to my understanding, make it. Anyways, when I received the ring, it looked like it came from one of those 25 cent gum ball machines. It was supposed to have been a sapphire, but it looked like plastic. The "sterling silver" felt and looked like cheap plastic. There was no weight to it whatsoever, and looked incredibly cheap. I contacted them through their chat service, and requested a refund. They asked me if I would be ok with getting a store refund instead. I told them absolutely not, and to put it back on my card. They asked me at least three more different times if I would accept store credit, and each time the amount was higher. I had to tell them multiple times I wanted the refund back on my card. I had to pay for the ring to get shipped back to them, and they wouldn't refund the $25 shipping fee. So I lost about $35 from this horrible experience. Thankfully that was all I lost. Their customer service is a joke - no one that I talked to could spell anything correctly, they never apologized, and never even said anything like, "thanks for contacting us." I also had to make them answer a question I had, as they tried to ignore it and not respond to it. If you want crappy, cheap - looking jewelry, then you'll love this so-called company. Do yourself a favor, and save yourself the trouble - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY!

Have been eyeing this ring for the past 6 months and finally ordered. Received it today and it is just perfect. Good quality, well made and the stones are gorgeous. Very comfortable on the finger and will wear for many years.

This was ordered on Feb 25th and a shipping label was created and then it sat in the warehouse until March 7th and then I received it on March 11th. I refused it and sent it back and the company received it on March 14th. Interesting how fast it shipped back but too 3 weeks for me to get it. And then they received it and sent me an email that my order was delivered and I received it. REALLY? And did not refund my money.

The ring below was shipped out to me in January 2019. As of today 3/14/19 I noticed a stone missing. I don't wear it to bed or while washing dishes and I don't do any housework with it on. I paid at least $100.00 for this ring and I loved it till I saw a stone a fallen out. I am very disappointed.

It was not what I wanted, a very beautiful ring but it is to big and not a eye catcher, I can't see the engraving in the ring, just not what it seem on the picture
The stitches on the mouth and side were shown to be black mine are silver. The ring is nice but the black missing takes away from the beauty.

I just received my Angel wings drop earrings. They are so pretty. I'll be wearing them to my sons wedding in May! I couldn't be more pleased!
They didn't show the shipping until after you pay, they charge $25 for shipping on a necklace that was $75. I asked them to cancel my order the same day I ordered it. They told me they would give me $15.10 back on the shipping and while I was waiting on the necklace they said they would give me $15.10 store credit. I didn't want store credit I wanted my $15.10 back. I ordered this necklace early February and now it's the middle of March and haven't heard anything from them.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
