I had the identical experience of ordering with no shipping or tracking info.
Phone number disconnected, alternate phone number rings 3-4 times then goes to busy signal.
I plan on filing fraud charges with the Arizona attorney Generals office on Monday

I ordered my ring on Sunday 2/5/17 and on Wednesday I was on the live chat inquiring about my ring. Come to find out it was on back order. So I decided to get a different ring that I really liked. I then received it with in 2 days! Super impressed with how quickly the order changed and got here.
The only thing is they need to figure out their phone issues, as I was told so many people call. But they have no voicemail. But I was able to resolve everything over the live chat.
I'm in love with my ring and its even better in person than in the picture!

I ordered item on Feb 1 (*******). Got an email asking for my phone number, so I replied. Shipping was paid for 2/4 days item still has not shipped. The 1 888 number rings for a few mins then hangs up. I have emailed with no response. This item was bought for Valentines Day.

Terrible!

I ordered a ring from Jeulia and although it is very pretty, it is too big. All I want to do is send it back for a full refund. I received an automated email saying someone will get back to me, but it has been days. How hard is it to INITIALLY send an email with the return instructions. Heaven knows how long it will take to get a refund once the ring is sent back!

I would not order!

It has been a month and my ring is located in China somewhere! Who knows the quality if and when it ever shows in my mailbox. FIRST Mistake... not reading reviews. Second mistake made not realizing it is coming from CHINA!

That is the only way to get your money back from this scamming place. I have tried and tried for over a month to get information to return a ring. I do not want an exchange, I want a refund. How hard is that to understand. Their website says 30 day return policy. They are liars. So eliminate the stress and just protest the charge on your card.

Save your time and money

Ordered a ring just before X-mas and still waiting on it. I've gotten a hold of a couple customer service chat a couple of times. First one told me that the ring was made and ready to ship. So, I waited. Three weeks later, second one tells me I can cancel my order, wait. I thought the ring was already made. Kinda fishy! Hopefully I can my money back in the time they said but not holding my breath on that. Just saying you hopefully don't count on them coming thru with a ring of any importance.

Impossible to return!

They phone number is disconnected! You can't send back without a response from the company and the company won't respond. I have been attempting to return this junk ring for three weeks and all I have gotten are automated emails saying wait to be contacted by associate! One week left until 30 day money back guarantee expires!

They stole my money!

Order # ******* and Order # *******

I ordered a set of rings at their website for my wedding. Payed extra for engravings. The rings arrived soon enough but they were smaller than the size ordered and the engraving was so tiny you could not even read it without a magnifying glass. So I write back for a return and a exchange for a bigger size ring and bigger size engraving, after 10 emails back and forth, they promising the engravings will be bigger and telling us we had to pay a extra $40 for the return and new engravings. Now these people will not even answer a email, nor a call, their chat people contradict each other saying the can not make bigger engravings, and that they will contact soon, but never do. I spent $232 of the original order and $40 for the return, that is not counting the shipping with tracking I had to pay for. This company is a scam, the service is awful. Do not buy from them!

Purchased a ring and a stone fell out within a week. When I contacted them I need my order number and I didn't keep it, in the day of computers you would think they would be able to locate my purchase without the order number. Worst customer service!

Site tries to put out a good image of being helpful, ignores al inquiries. Ordered a ring back around Thanksgiving and never got a response to emails or from live site help. Spent a fair amount of money for a birthday gift in early February and never received it. Called repeatedly and was hung up on. Filing complaints with all the appropriate channels. Just want a refund at this point but will probably never see it.
