I purchased a ring on 1/27/17 and they are still processing my order and it is 2/14/17. Why are they so slow to just process an order? The phone numbers do not work. I have called the one listed on their website numerous times only to be told a customer representative will be with me shortly and then to be hung up on automatically. I called the other phone number that I got from Paypal and it also does not work. The automated system speaks only spanish and then hangs up on you. I have also tried emailing them, again only to get an automated response in return. There is no way of contacting anyone in this company.
Super frustrating, the ring I bought is so sharp it rips by cloths, all I wanted to do was to exchange it, and return my old one. They will not advise on how to return, they do not provide a return label and then they got snippy and told me I could only exchange and still have not explained how to return. I even called a so called customer service number that will not go through. VERY UPSET!

I placed an order on Jan. 2nd. It took 2 minutes for them to take my money and I was guaranteed the ring would ship within 10-15 days. Today is Feb. 13th, no ring. When I'm lucky enough to get ahold of someone they do nothing but lie! On multiple occasions I've been guaranteed my order would ship within 3 days. On Feb 9th they guaranteed the order would ship within 24 hrs. You guessed it! Live chatted with Jane just a moment ago. Not only is the ring still in production with no shipping date available but now I'm told I can't cancle my order! I'm not sure this company even exist. But... on February 6th I received a message that my ring had been sent, and I received it February 8th by DHL.

When I first saw Jeulia's jewelry I thought if was gorgeous and the price was right. I ordered a beautiful ring from them and it was indeed nice, however the inside band kept turning around and I didn't care for it. This is where the nightmare begins... they do not honor their HASSLE FREE RETURN policy. I have been emailing and Facebook messaging them for over a month. Now they want me to send them pictures of the ring! For what, I have no idea. PLEASE stay away from this company. They are absolutely horrible to deal with. Maybe they should just sell in China and stop duping Americans out of their money.

The first time I ordered from this company the service was impeccable, but now I can hardly get any help with my second order. My husband bought me a new wedding band for Christmas. He couldn't wait to give it to me because it is absolutely STUNNING! Unfortunately, it was a size too small. My first email was on December 5th trying to EXCHANGE (not return, just want a size bigger). I received a response the same day asking what size I needed and they would check and GET BACK WITH ME WITHIN 24 HOURS! I responded the next day, because it was 8pm my time. I have not heard back from them since. I have replied to that same ticket over and over, made a new ticket, have tried calling the number on our original email order, called the number on their website, and tried with the live chat! I AM SO MAD! It is now over two months since I heard from them, and all I want is to wear my beautiful wedding band from my husband. We will NEVER do business with Jeulia again! Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
