Do NOT... I repeat, Do NOT purchase anything from this company. They are a complete scam! The ring we purchased was supposed to be rose but as you can see the ring is part silver, the rose fades more and more each day and we've only had the ring a month. Upon having it looked at there is no rhodium plating, it's a complete lie. If try to use the "hassle free" return policy they will ignore you until the 30 days is up and then they will tell you that you have to pay to ship it back to China and according to some of the reviews I've read online they won't send you a replacement. I believe it because we've had the hardest time just contacting someone. In a nutshell they charge 100+ dollars for rings that are worth $10- $15 because they will not last a month. Their warranty is also a lie. The representative we spoke with admitted they don't stand behind the quality of the products and don't guarantee the color won't change. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. This company lacks ethics and customer service. I just wish we had uncovered the negative reviews before we gave them our money.

After ordering in January I never received any updates on what is going on with my ring. I spent 3 1\2 hours yesterday waiting to speak to someone on live chat which is absolutely not worth it in the end since I was 32 in line to speak to someone. I finally got a woman who could not give us an answer other than OK and it's being worked on. I asked where it was and it's in Hong Kong and the have been on holiday for new year. What the heck you take the money and go on holiday and shut the phones and chat lines down and wears suppose to guess what is going on. I wouldn't of cared other than my daughter had picked it out with her Dad so her dad and I could get married. My daughter is sick and even though it's a $120.00 ring that is money they saved to give me something special when her medical treatments are over $10,000.00 a month that 120.00 is a lot to part with. This is bad business!

I was a little skeptical about ordering, but I am very happy about my rings! It did take about 3.5 weeks, but well worth the wait! There is another ring I have my eye on from Jeulia that I have an interest in!
I am very impressed w/the ring I bought. It is solid and beautiful. Nobody would ever guess what I paid for it. Size was true to scale. Ring is exactly the ring I ordered. It looks better in person than the picture portrays too so if you like the picture, you'll love the ring! It does take quite a while for it to arrive--mine took just under 2 months but I was able to correspond w/customer service to be assured it would arrive. I love all the selections they offer. I've already got ideas for the 2nd ring.

Ordered a number of rings from Jeulia, have no complaints - the last one that arrived I customized like I often do and very happy with how it looks and fits - Liked the tri color setting but not a diamond fan so I did it in the synthetic emerald and its beautiful. Remember photos are enlarged for details so most rings are smaller then they seem and feminine looking not over powering.
They have plenty of time to read and review comments, but can't read an e-mail. I'm not going to post my order number here, and your phone number is NOT fixed. I ordered a ring that cost more than $100 in November, 2016. I have yet to receive it. I also attempted to contact this company several times and all they say is it was shipped. This is an overseas company, China and it is nearly impossible to communicate with them. I do not recommend this company.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
