Do NOT order from Jeulia!

Do NOT... I repeat, Do NOT purchase anything from this company. They are a complete scam! The ring we purchased was supposed to be rose but as you can see the ring is part silver, the rose fades more and more each day and we've only had the ring a month. Upon having it looked at there is no rhodium plating, it's a complete lie. If try to use the "hassle free" return policy they will ignore you until the 30 days is up and then they will tell you that you have to pay to ship it back to China and according to some of the reviews I've read online they won't send you a replacement. I believe it because we've had the hardest time just contacting someone. In a nutshell they charge 100+ dollars for rings that are worth $10- $15 because they will not last a month. Their warranty is also a lie. The representative we spoke with admitted they don't stand behind the quality of the products and don't guarantee the color won't change. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. This company lacks ethics and customer service. I just wish we had uncovered the negative reviews before we gave them our money.

Best and most beautiful rings for the dollars!

I ordered two of these and got them beautifully boxed. I loved them so much I ordered another with a necklace. Such bargains especially if you use discount code. Then last night I ordered a fourth ring! Can I get a volumne discount? Lol

After ordering in January I never received any updates on what is going on with my ring. I spent 3 1\2 hours yesterday waiting to speak to someone on live chat which is absolutely not worth it in the end since I was 32 in line to speak to someone. I finally got a woman who could not give us an answer other than OK and it's being worked on. I asked where it was and it's in Hong Kong and the have been on holiday for new year. What the heck you take the money and go on holiday and shut the phones and chat lines down and wears suppose to guess what is going on. I wouldn't of cared other than my daughter had picked it out with her Dad so her dad and I could get married. My daughter is sick and even though it's a $120.00 ring that is money they saved to give me something special when her medical treatments are over $10,000.00 a month that 120.00 is a lot to part with. This is bad business!

Impressive!

I am very impressed w/the ring I bought. It is solid and beautiful. Nobody would ever guess what I paid for it. Size was true to scale. Ring is exactly the ring I ordered. It looks better in person than the picture portrays too so if you like the picture, you'll love the ring! It does take quite a while for it to arrive--mine took just under 2 months but I was able to correspond w/customer service to be assured it would arrive. I love all the selections they offer. I've already got ideas for the 2nd ring.

Worth every penny & more

I've had my ring for over nine months now and still looks beautiful everyone always says how beautiful it is, I wear it to work because I wash my hands so much I lost the diamond in my original wedding ring so I bought this ring to preserve mine and I love it!

I'm not an easy person to buy jewellery for, I don't purchase a lot of it myself as I can never find many pieces that appeal to my taste as I like pieces that stand out from the generic style, Then I came across a ring that caught my eye, It was an unusual and elegant design with a stunning white sapphire paired with 2 petit little skulls either side of the stone, I purchased this ring in my size and 2 days later it arrived beautifully presented and packaged, The ring took my breath away when I opened the beautiful box it arrived in, Thank you Jeulia Jewelry I'm a very happy girl, Your eye catching designs, quality and customer care are just amazing and your prices are more than affordable, I will definitely be a return customer

Beware they are crooks!

They took my 209.00 but never recieved my rings 3 to be exact! In a dispute now! It has been since 1/11/2017. Said my payment didnt go thru but I have a loan ID that says otherwise plus had to make a 37.00 payment for NOTHING OR AS I CALL IT PHANTOM RINGS! HAVNT. GOT A REPLY FROM THEM OTHER THAN BEING TOLD ABOUT THE MONEY! BIG CROOKS THIS ISNT OVER TRUST ME!

Beautiful

Ordered a number of rings from Jeulia, have no complaints - the last one that arrived I customized like I often do and very happy with how it looks and fits - Liked the tri color setting but not a diamond fan so I did it in the synthetic emerald and its beautiful. Remember photos are enlarged for details so most rings are smaller then they seem and feminine looking not over powering.

I ordered a ring that cost more than $100 in November, 2016. I have yet to receive it. I also attempted to contact this company several times and all they say is it was shipped. This is an overseas company, China and it is nearly impossible to communicate with them. I do not recommend this company.
