I kept seeing the ads on on FB news feed. The rings were all very pretty so I thought just try it once. When I ordered, my order went through right away. Three days later I had one of the most beautiful rings I have ever owned. I will absolutely be putting in another order soon!
Ordered a supposed rhodium plated silver and white saphire ring. Paid for expedited shipping (guaranteed 3-5 days delivery). After more than two weeks the ring finally arrived. Did not look at all like the picture advertised on the site. There is NO rhodium plating and the "saphire" is not even a cubic zirconia! Above all that the size is not even correct. And if you want to return it, you have to pay to ship it back to China... NEVER ORDER FROM JEULIA, POOR QUALITY AND FAKE GEMSTONES.
Brightness was the first thing I saw as I opened the box! Love at first time I would say. Almost a year ago and still shining. Need to be clean though. Definitely would buy another same kind!

Ordered a ring on 2/4/17 and paid additional to ship quickly. Received notification that ring would take additional time to craft and offering me a 10% discount for all future orders. (Wow) I notified them via email to cancel my order. Even received an email back from them stating that I should not contact them, to wait, someone from their company would be in contact with me. Spoke with them yesterday via online chat and was informed that the item had shipped yesterday, which was 4 days after I had contacted them to cancel the order. I requested to speak with a Supervisor since it was still within business hours but was advised that there was not one available.

I ordered the white sapphire and emerald ring in early December, and received it near mid-January. I chose the free shipping option. I really appreciate owning a ring whose stones are chemically and optically identical to its mined counterpart. When the only difference between stones is that one is taken out of the ground and the other is grown in a lab, why not go for the lower priced ring? Thank you so much.
I received my ring set, in a very beautiful box the packaging alone I was very impressed. The ring set is as beautiful on as it looks on the site, I have gotten so many compliments on it. Saw a couple of others that I would love to order soon. Well worth it.
I received my ring, not only was it the wrong size despite all of the information on their site, probably fake reviews saying how sizing was perfect. I did everything site said and still the size was wrong. Not only that, but the ring is just not right for me, not a comfortable fit. Jeulia gives a limited amount of time for returns, and after several failed attempts to get someone in customer service to help me. I was sent an email asking for my order number that was in the subject and body of my request that they replied to. I gave them the same information in my response, and now no response.

I emailed and messaged through Facebook to inform your company that their ring arrived damaged. The only solution I was given was to pay to have it shipped back to you again. I have no interest in being without it for 2.5 months and then getting something else that is not right or damaged. This company has gone out of their way to ruin their own reputation. You are a bunch of frauds, you take people's money, you send them incorrect items. You charge the customer to ship the items back to you and then after two and a half months send me something broken. Terrible customer service, terrible products, terrible experience. I have been in touch with this company through customer service 3 times, I emailed repeatedly, and I've been in touch on Facebook nonstop for two and a half months. I have done much more than my part to correct this and this company will do nothing but "we apologize for the inconvenience" and try and charge me return shipping again.
I am going to go out of my way to share this horrible experience with everyone I can. You should not be allowed to treat people the way I have been treated. I hope you lose money, maybe then youb will care about you customers.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
