I bought 2 rings for Christmas 2016. January a stone fell out. Emailed and got an automated ticket ID#. Useles! No one responded ever. On Feb 22,2017 I finally got a chat with Customer Service on their site. After having much trouble they told me I would have to pay shipping for the "repair". I refuse to pay another dime for their lack of quality. The ring is brand new.
UPDATE 4/5/2017 We FINALLY a second ring. She wore it ONE time and another stone fell out! Now when I ask for a refund they tell me we are past 30 days! Unreal. NEVER buy from these people.

Yesterday, I ended up paying $10 for what I thought was a return shipping label. I have no idea what it was, I have no label. And they advertise free returns. Poor company, no follow through for customer service no live person or live chat... false advertising.

Received my ring & it's beautiful, except the center stone is crooked. One side sits lower. I was told that's the design of the ring, but when I look online@ the ring, the center stone sits perfectly even. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Firstly, my item took a long time to arrive. However, on receiving my ring I was quite impressed.
The system online, in my opinion, took a long time to give me a feedback I started to worry if I would receive my ring on time for my wedding. Juelia's facebook personnel contacted me after seeing my comment on their page, after which I started getting adequate information.

Never order from them you will not recieve your order and they will keep your money. Horrible company... then when you contact customer service they will email saying they sent the order yet the tracking number they give you is the same as the order number which does not allow you to even track a order because it is a false tracking number. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
