Bought one ring. Came missing a stone. Customer service live chat, phone and email is exhausting. I refused to give up. I got my replacement ring and rose gold plating has come off in 3 days of wearing. She disappointed and tired of fighting.

My ring is beautiful.

The time that it took to receive my ring, was less than what I thought. When I opened the box and saw my ring, I was beyond satisfied! The pictures were beautiful, but when I received mine, it was far more beautiful than I imagined! Thank You

Breathtakingly beautiful!

I was a skeptic... That the ring i purchased could look as good as in the picture... I was wrong. When i received the ring it absolutely took my breath away. I love it and jeulia jewelry has a customer for life in me.

This phone nuber for custeomer service is bogus. I bet they wil not be happy once I report to the better business beaureau and call the attoerny general's office. Left several lmessages and emails but still, no reponse. I can not believe they are still in business, and whoever is repsongng to these post about Jeulia jwelery rep. Should let the owner know I am reporing this now. You shoud be out of business. You customer servie phone number is not working and promply hangs up after severl rings. Still waiting in the queue for over one hour for a live chat. So upsetting and frustrated. Jeulia rep what is going on wiht your customer service? Would this be axcceptable to you? I bought 2 rings for Christmas 2016. January a stone fell out. Emailed and got an automated ticket ID#. Useles! No one responded ever. On Feb 22,2017 I finally got a chat with Customer Service on their site. After having much trouble they told me I would have to pay shipping for the "repair". I refuse to pay another dime for their lack of quality. The ring is brand new.

UPDATE 4/5/2017 We FINALLY a second ring. She wore it ONE time and another stone fell out! Now when I ask for a refund they tell me we are past 30 days! Unreal. NEVER buy from these people.

I have purchased 5 rings from Jeulia and must say they are gorgeous. Postage does take awhile but what do u expect for free postage it states 25-48 business days. I will be placing another order for sure :)

Worst customer service ever dealt with, they lost my repair order for 2 months and sent me a new one. Want to return and get a refund but their email service never answers me... Will never buy from again

My ring came, wrong size. I have been trying to return it for over 2 weeks. The number that the company posts on this site simply states to email. The satisfactory reviews are probably false.
Yesterday, I ended up paying $10 for what I thought was a return shipping label. I have no idea what it was, I have no label. And they advertise free returns. Poor company, no follow through for customer service no live person or live chat... false advertising.

They take money for 3-5 day shipping and dont send the package out til 2 weeks later. Three weeks later, i still wait. Has been with the courier for 11 days now! Save yourself the heartache and find somewhere else to buy from!

Crooked Center Stone

Received my ring & it's beautiful, except the center stone is crooked. One side sits lower. I was told that's the design of the ring, but when I look online@ the ring, the center stone sits perfectly even. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Beautiful pieces

I found the experience wonderful the first time, easy online purchasing, timely delivery.
2nd time, purchasing was still easy but waited nearly 4 full mths, several emails, some i did not get a response from, & Facebook msg...
Granted there was the busy Christmas period... but the no contact & extra cpl mths were too much!
I probably will purchase again though...

I received the rings, but they were too small. I contacted you in regards to an exchange; and followed you're exact instructions, and sent them back to the California return address you provided. After I returned them, I sent you the tracking number and have attempted to contact you on the number provided on your website as well as the California number you provided for returns. They do not appear to be working numbers. I still have not received any response or replacement rings. I need the rings reshipped as soon as possible, or the money refunded to my PayPal account.

Firstly, my item took a long time to arrive. However, on receiving my ring I was quite impressed.
The system online, in my opinion, took a long time to give me a feedback I started to worry if I would receive my ring on time for my wedding. Juelia's facebook personnel contacted me after seeing my comment on their page, after which I started getting adequate information.
The wait was worth it, as I am in LOVE with my ring!

Never order from them you will not recieve your order and they will keep your money. Horrible company... then when you contact customer service they will email saying they sent the order yet the tracking number they give you is the same as the order number which does not allow you to even track a order because it is a false tracking number. I ordered a ring back in NOVEMBER it is now end of February still no ring I have contacted them twice a month and still nothing. No refund and no ring VERY disappointing..
