I am really happy with the ring my husband purchased from jeulia jewlery it is a beautiful ring the details are stunning... my husband had no issues ordering the ring it fit perfect and as it was shipped it notified him at every stop I love the box it came in very good quality through out will definitely be ordering again from them.

Absolutely in love with my wedding rings. Perfect size and they sparkle so beautifully. I am in Canada they were ordered march 31 and came in a week. Have gotten many complements on the set already.

I have not received my ring and have been trying to cancel but they state that I will receive only half my payment. I paid extra to receive it in less then week. It is going on almost two months. Customer service is awful. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company!

When ordering I paid an additional $20 to expedite my order upon contacting cannot get an exclamation where my ring was thats all they could tell me it was 7 to 10 days out from the time we made the ring nobody could give a good explanation of the order status

For one order, the delivery time equals processing time adding shipping time, the processing is 3-7 working days, since you paid $20 for expedite, the shipping time is 1-4 working days. You order was placed on Mar, 30th, the processing time was 4 working days, the order was shipped to you on April, 5th and the item was delivered on April 6th. We sincerely hope that this one experience will not hamper our relationship with you and we earnestly hope that you will give us another chance to be of service to you.
I was afraid the ring out look cheap. It doesn't it's fairly clear that the stone is not a diamond purely because of its size. The only negative thing I would say is that the size was a surprise to me. I definitely expected something a bit smaller and would probably prefer that but it's definitely my favorite piece of jewelry because if it's uniqueness.
Worst customer service. Purchased a ring that was chipped. Contacted customer service. They advertise a 24 hour response. Took them 4 days to get back to me. Then they have been talking in circles around giving me an EXCHANGE; not even a refund all i wanted was an exchange. They tried charging me for the exchange till I sent pictures of the damaged ring. They now won't respond to any of my emails. It has been approximately 3 weeks. Nothing. I have now had to dispute the payment with paypal.

Recently I ordered a bridal/wedding ring set from Jeulia Jewelery. I was initially hesitant because ordering jewelry online can be hit or miss. I was looking for a less expensive substitute for my 10,000 wedding ring set that was a little loose on my finger and with all the traveling I do, I didn't want to risk losing them. I searched far and wide for a substitute. I even ordered a set off of Amazon (I order a lot of things from Amazon). I ultimately returned the Amazon rings because they were too "fake" looking and the quality and craftsmanship just wasn't there. I had seen Jeulia all over social media and decided to give them a try. I'm sooooo glad that I did. I spent some time looking through all the options (THERE ARE A TON TO CHOOSE FROM) and once I made my decision I placed my order and paid the $20 expedited shipping. I had them in 3 business days! I love my rings and I'm sure I'll be back to purchase from this shop again!
