This is my second purchase from Jeulia. It is a gorgeous stunning ring. I love how it is 2 pieces, I can wear together or separately. And the white metal with the rose colored metal is gorgeous together. I bought this ring as for when I don't want to wear my real diamonds out. But it's so pretty that I do wear it more often. I am very happy with this company and their products!
My wife and I ordered a ring set to wear in place of our true wedding rings. We ordered the 2 skull round cut created white Sapphire with fuby sidestone skull ring and the jeulia classic milgrain skull ring. Their customer service kept us informed every step of the way up to the delivery. We received them when they said and they are gorgeous and fit perfect! Rings ordered in November, disappointed when they arrived and asked for a return address. A month later I received address and returned rings. Three months later still waiting for the total amount to be returned to my credit card. They want to give me points, not interested, want my payment returned.
They are fake and fraud. Look up reviews before giving them personal info like address and credit card info. Look at the fact that their reviews are from fake facebook accounts and they have an F from the Better business bureau. Dont get scammed.

Last year I ordered a skull ring from Jeulia.com. The ring looked good online, but the first problem was it took over a month to arrive in the first place. After finally receiving the ring, the ring was the wrong size. No big deal, I sent it back for them to resize it. This begun the problems. After two months of no contact, I wanted to just return the ring as I had never had the ring in my possession more than a few hours. I emailed Jeulia daily regarding this issue, but never received responses. Finally they just mailed back the ring, but never sent a tracking number. Fine. I'll take the ring. Now, the ring has changed from a black to a metallic sheen of green and silver. The faces of the skulls have worn off and the inside has changed even more colors. This is low quality at best, but even worse is the customer service and the false advertising. The ring is not sterling silver as advertised. Now, when I try to get the ring replaced through their One Year Warranty, they ignore emails, respond with nonsense, and delay.
Avoid this place. Garbage.

I needed a size that wasn't listed as I wanted a right hand pinky ring. It was no problem for me to get what I needed from the lady on the chat. She even gave me a first time purchaser discount. The turnaround time from ordering to having it at my door was impressive. I was worried because it was coming from China but the quality and craftsmanship is exceptional. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend them.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. The quality is awful. Ring looks like plastic and stone is junk. I asked for a refund days within receiving it and was denied. They would send me a generic scripted response stating it was past 30 days. Their policy is 30 days from delivery. I requested refund 30 days from order date which was well within the time frame. All I can think of is WOW! First of all, I was thrilled how quickly my purchased arrived. I had expected 3 or 4 weeks. The ring is much larger than anything I would normally wear, however, every woman should have a gorgeous cocktail ring, It's just beautiful. I had read a few reviews off of another website and was a little weary at first. I'm not really a jewelry person, but being that I just had all my female family members do their DNA though Ancectry.com looks like I will be buying them all a family tree necklace. I ordered a ring for my daughter. About 10 min after I ordered it, I cancelled the order. I also emailed you to cancel the order but you still sent it. It took weeks after I ordered it to receive it yet you didn't cancel the order! Now I am stuck trying to fight with an invisible person to get my refund. The quality of the ring was cheesy and definitely didn't look like it was worth over $127 it looked like you could get it for $30 in a department store. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
