Tried to contact them several times about my return. When the did respond, they always requested something new from me... order #, picture of the ring, exchange, etc. Never did receive my return information
My fiancé and I picked out this ring not too long ago, it came a lot sooner than I thought it would, and it is absolutely gorgeous! I definitely will be buying more products! I have told friends and family how amazing Jeulia is and recommended that they look into purchasing from them!
Well I got a little inpatient because it didn't come quickly and then rembered that it said it would take 28 days but it seemed to take forever because imcouldnt wait to see my ring, well it came and I loved it so much, it's beautiful and I've received so many compliments on it...

I purchased a ring from them, it was shipped very quickly. After receiving this ring I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, the ring looks like something from a bubble gum machine. They refuse to send me their return address after several emails going back and forth, of them insisting I just exchange the ring. I don't think so...

I ordered a ring with an added charge for a custom engraving. The ring arrived without the engraving. After telling the customer service about the problem, they asked for pictures, which i sent to them. Didn't hear from them for a week.
I finally wrote again asking them if they were ignoring my issue. They replied back the same day asking what my problem was. After sending them back again, reiterating the issue... silence. It is going on a month now with now resolution.

The ring we ordered was exactly as described, and beautiful. We mistakenly ordered the wrong size. It was exchanged effortlessly. Their customer service is excellent.
Initial shipping was amazingly fast ring was beautiful BUT the ring set is 2 different sizes so i can only wear half the set and after only having it for a week a stone fell out. Ive made several attempts to contact but they wont contact me back ive emailed and called. Save your money because if anything is wrong your basically stuck with a useless peice of jewelry

If you love marquis shaped rings this is the place to order! The shine the fit the whole ring is absolutely flawless! I have about 10 pieces from Julia and they all look priceless! Some pieces arrive sooner than others but I promise you WORTH THE WAIT! You can't beat the price you can't beat the quality! So different than any other jewelry company! Each piece is so unique and special! You can't but just one!
I was pleased with my first purchase from them, but didn't like the second ring I bought. It took me 3 weeks to get the ring, then took a MONTH to get an email response from them about returning it (no matter what time of day you call, you will NEVER get anyone on the phone). Then, because it was past the 30 day return period, they didn't want to let me return it! After MANY emails, they finally agreed to let me send it back. I sent it back, but 9 MONTHS later, I STILL don't have a refund. I put in a dispute with my credit card company, but they denied the dispute and re-charged my card. Now these people deny that they recharged my card even though I have proof from the bank that they did. BEWARE this company!
