I liked the ring in the beginning. Once I put the rings on they turned on my finger stones down. I have to alway turn the rings around.
I had to resize my ring and it took forever to arrive. The staff did their best to keep me updated as the tracking number they gave me did not work. The ring is beautiful. I love it.
This ring was beautiful in the picture, once it was delivered I couldn't believe how much more beautiful it really is. It is so elegant and it looks like real diamonds, so it looks like I spent a fortune on it. It looks perfect with my engagement ring. I would definitely buy it again!
I ordered a ring expecting an ok ring for the price. When I received the ring I was amazed; the ring is absolutely amazing, the quality of the ring incredible. I absolute love it and will order more to give as presents for my love ones.
As of 4/24/2017 NO help in returning the ring, which again comes with NO paper work. I have e-mailed repeatedly and tried several phone numbers, NO help. Spoke to a representative today at the fourth phone number given. Said to send my documation and he would follow my return. Time will tell. I will NEVER do business with them again. Terrible experience!

Trying to return 1 of the rings without response. All your email said was did I want to keep it or exchange. If I did I would not have asked for return instructions. I will stop payment on my credit card if I do not hear back.

I returned a ring that still had the tag on it. I paid to return it in it's original box, packaging, everything. Now they want to deduct $10.00 from my purchase. The ring was new, size tag never removed, not smashed as if I wore it with tag on it. This is the worst company except Time Life I have ever dealt with.

I've ordered several items and cannot say one bad thing from the order! Everything arrives very fast and always beautiful!
So disappointed with the company's return policy. You send them an email for return and the reply back a week later. Call them on their customer service line and they speak minimal english and sometimes cannot understand what you are trying to explain. No specific person handles your case and so the response you get are always different. Each customer service agent would ask the same question on their email that you have already responded to in your previous communications. All they have to do is look back to the history of emails sent and responded to and get the whole picture. Subject says REFUND and another customer service agent would respond to REPAIR. I dont know if they are just pretending or just dont really understand english as the product comes from China. A simple return and they try to give me a run around thinking i want an exchange or repair. I clearly told them i simply want the return for not meeting my expectations and they give me all this delaying tactics to forget about returning. This refund issue has been dragging for a couple of months now. No good!
I had been looking for a unique rose gold ring for quite sometime. This with the rainbow topaz is really a lovely combination, and the affordable price was the cherry on top!
Products are very good! Engraving should be better. I did not like the fact that it's not legible or hard to see the engraving I chose for the ring. Not what I was expecting at all. Instead the word "Jeulia" was in place of my words chosen. Oh well... other than that satisfied I would have to say!

I have an ongoing ring size return since last December. I did everything that was requested of me for the exchange including the $15 to cover the shipping charges to send it to me. That was the last time I had communication with anyone in Feb. They will not answer emails or phone calls. I really don't want legal to get involved but may have too.
