When you put up a sizing chart on your website, that is incorrect and a customer orders there regular size, that comes in wrong due to your advertised chart, you should exchange it easily, without making them pay for the shipping! Deserve a 0 but a 1 will be fine
The ring and stones are bigger then expected, it fits great on my middle finger. Shipping was very, very fast! Love it and definitely buy on this page again.

My Christmas ring was delivered over a month later! Then the ENGAGEMENT RING i ordered was also LATE and THE WRONG SIZE! Jeulia wanted ME, to not only send the ring back AND PAY SHIPPING COST BOTH WAYS and they didnt even OFFER any discount! The ring they shipped had the correct size tag but when we took it to a jeweler, the ring was actually 1 full size bigger! He offered to size it for 60.00. But i chose to buy a different ring. I think the " company " is a sad excuse for a legit business. It doesnt care about it's customers at all!

I purchased this ring fir my mother for Mother's Day. Although it is breathtakingly beautiful, the weight of it, the feel of it, is revealingly true; that's it's not a true gem. I know that I was aware of its authenticity or lack there of, I truly believed it would feel more real. I'm a little disappointed in the respect. Otherwise, it is a beautiful work of art

Service and product exceeded expectations. Good value. Only disappointment was the engraving... nearly impossible to discern with naked eye and appears to be some sort of etching rather than "engraved". Would recommend omitting. Not worth the extra $20.
Ups said they left it on the front porch but I had 3 people here all day. Did not come on Friday to this house
