The ring is beautiful, but I need a size bigger. Which I figured out after wearing it for a day. So I am bummed it can't be returned now since I wore it. Other than that I was completely satisfied with my experience.
I received my ring and it is simply beautiful. I love it and I have gotten so many compliments on it.
Ordering was fine, time of shipment fine and quality what I would have expected from a ring priced at $39.00. The stone is so flat when you look down on it directly I wount be wearing it.

So far, I have had a great experience with Jeulia. The first purchase I received, I was as very happy with the quality and style of the ring - but it was a little snug on my finger. I emailed customer care and receiv d direction in how to return my product for a refund since they no longer had the ring in their inventory. I chose another ring - same experience. Great quality product and style. I am still waiting in my refund but they just received the return jewelry less than 2 business days ago - so I will re-rate if not received with a full 10 business days. So far so good.
I ordered a ring and it is beautiful but very uncomfortable - I asked to exchange it for another and I received a response that that was fine but they wanted me to pay extra and the new ring was $30 less than the original - I am still waiting on a response?!?!?!?
