Customer Service after the sale is imperative for any business to survive. My experience indicated that there is none. I paid for an item. It is pretty. But had a defect I personally didn't care for. His response was "so sorry".

The jewelry looks like something you would buy you children. I get better quality from Walmart for half the price. The sizes were wrong and they wanted to charge me in total $85 to just correct the size. Do not buy from these crooks. The 800# goes no where - it is fake. You can only deal with them in email and they drag it out so that you miss the 30 day return window. This means you are stuck with the junk because they won't take it back.
I am trying to return a ring because it was not what I wanted and Jeulia is making it very difficult to do. I think they are trying to put the return off until the 30 day limit is expired. Make sure you want what you order because a return will be very difficult!

I expected the rings to not look as good as the picture, of course. I opened the package and loved the 2 drawer box it came in. When I opened it and saw my rings I absolutely fell in love. It was gorgeous! I never dreamed of having a ring set like this because I know I could never afford it. I tell everyone about your site. Thank you for not making me feel like I got dooped.
