I have had several emails back and forth with representatives but still can't get a return authorization. I have sent the last one and still nothing. Will not buy from again.
The stones are big and gaudy and look different than the pictures. I am in the process of trying to return mine. It's not a hassle free return as stated

My experience was very positive and I am highly satisfied with the ring. The ease of ordering the ring was a good process. The time of the arrival of the ring was surprisingly really quick compared to when it was ordered. This has been a really great experience for me and I am sure I will be ordering from this company again.

I placed an order for 1 ring, Jeulia saved an order that was on their site when my computer went down. I did NOT order 2 rings. I was charged for 2 rings and 2 rings were IMMEDIATELY sent out, disregarding my e-mail, right away that they had overcharged me. I have tried via e-mail to get resolve but apparently will have to wait until I can call them. The purchase date is wrong on this site as well. Not Impressed one bit
