I ordered the eternity band but when I got it it was way to big do I sent it back to be resized. This is where I had the problem. After waiting weeks to get it resized I had to contact them to find out that they had misplaced my ring and had not even started the work. They did find my ring and they did put a rush on it and I just received my ring after 5 weeks. They did a beautiful job but it just takes forever for them to turn an order around.
I love the ring I bought. I wasn't expecting it to be as beautiful as it is. I've had several people commit on it's beauty. Even though is is not a real diamond no one can tell it isn't. A cubic zarconia doesn't hold a candle to the beauty of your jewelry. I just love, love, love it.

The ring is so beautiful and I received it far sooner then I expected. I highly recommend Jeulia to anyone who wants beautiful jewelry at an affordable price.
They send me a crappy piece of merchandise and say free shipping and then when im not satisfied and pay to send it back (money outta my own pocket) so I can get my refund they deduct 20 from my refund for shipping costs even though it's 30 day no hassle refund policy. Ha ha! This company is a joke and wouldn't recommend to anyone. If they were guna charge me 20 dollars for shipping they shoulda told me when I asked the chat person about the refund procedure. Anyway to take people's money I guess. Crappy fake jewelry and horrible service.
The ring is nice but for being custom jewelry and after I saw the ring I think was pricey.
What make it worse is the way you set the way to checkout, it's not fair for customers to overcharge for shipping. $20.00 and not even making clear that this was for expedite shipping. To make clear I have to wait 4 or 5 days for the ring to arrive.
