Everything went Smooth, from Ordering to the actual delivery (Arrived in 3 - days), I would have rated it sooner, but I had to wait until May 14 to get my wife's response, in which she was really pleased. Look forward to ordering again in the future, and will refer friends.

I just wish all the other little stones had a pin head holes on the back side, I would even pay a higher price, it's a style I've been looking for, for some time now.

The ring in your ad made the diamonds look more real than what I received. Also the gold does not look like a high-quality gold as shown in your ad. Basically, I believe the ring I received looks fake. The ring in your ad looked real (although I knew it wasn't).

Stone missing from ring when received. Contacted customer service you was prompt to reply. When trying to clarify if able to exchange size, as well, receive reply. Just remind us when you let us know when package is delivered. Not very reassuring
I never thought I would buy another wedding ring but one late evening while on line, I was browsing through FB and a Jeulia video ad popped up. At first I thought just from viewing the reoccurring video, the shine and brilliance of the one ring being displayed - it would be outside my price range?! Before I knew it, I clicked onto their link and was visually impressed then another click, leads to several others until you HAVE TO give in and click the pricing for such jaw dropping jems! I almost screamed with excitement but reserved myself as I was afraid my sleeping husband, by my side would think someone broke into our home or something? I cupped my mouth and made my decision to purchase the Interchangeable "Princess Cut Created Sapphire Wedding Ring'". I received two weeks later, quick delivery for this excited customer! My ring came beautifully packaged as the Jeulia box, was a big black beautiful box that when turned on it's side, looked like two trays with two satin little pull loops. Pull on the top satin loop, a little tray would reveal a smaller, black ring box where the real worth your wait lies! My breath was taken away as I took the ring from the open slit within that little styrofoam pad. The brilliant sapphire stone and diamonds shined with such brilliance! The fit was to a tee! I also received a little cleaning cloth that was in the second tray and even that was presented in a little black bag. The presentation over all makes you feel like a princess! Jeulia you certainly know how to make a woman feel beautiful! Thanks so much!
I absolutely LOVE my ring. It's beautiful. I have received a ton of compliments. It's unique and absolutely stunning. My only suggestion for others, would be to order a little larger than normal as it fits a little smaller. Other than that, I couldn't be happier. We'll be ordering my fiancee wedding band from you, in the future.
