I ordered a 3 piece set for my (now) fianceé, based on some preferences she had told me; this arrived and I knew she would like it. I received my order in a timely manner (less than a business week), with nice enough packaging. I just proposed and she absolutely loves her ring.

Cost less 24 hours later but would not refund the difference, called and was told it was due to price of metal.
Looks & feels like it came out of a gum ball machine, and even then you would have overpaid! IF you take a chance anyway, DO NOT REMOVE THE TAG or they will not honor your return/refund... they will, however, offer to exchange for a different piece of crappy junk "jewelry"

I ordered a ring a couple of weeks ago and have not received the ring or tracking number and information. I tried contacting Jeulia and was told I'd get an email with information on my purchase. I've received no information or further contact even after reaching out AGAIN! What else can I do?

My ring arrived quickly and it's prettier than I expected. It's big (but not too big) and shiny! I've already gotten lots of compliments on it! I love it!
I have ordered 3 pieces, including 2 skull and my partner has ordered 2 as well. I ordered the wedding skull set, and every time someone looks at it and realizes what is is they are amazed at the intricacy and artistry of the piece. I love them, I often wear them with my thicker titanium band and it makes a real statement. Jeulia is quick to resolve issues and tries to accommodate all of your needs. I am not sure what anyone would have to say about shipping, but mine came quick. I absolutely am a dedicated customer!
I wasn't sure about ordering cause there is to many scammers out there but I did receive my ring and it was more then what I thought it would look like and it is very beautiful
I received my ring in 3 days! First let me say the packaging itself was amazing. The ring EVEN MORE AMAZING! Very good quality and every one of my friends asked about it. 5 months after having it, I lost a stone. I was so upset, however the customer service of this company was GRADE A! Very quick to respond, very attentive and extremely helpful. They received my ring back Thursday and I have already got an email saying they have it and are processing the repair. I will MOST DEFINITELY order from them again!
I purchased the Jeulia Two Tone Interchangeable White Sapphire Ring, in December, and, within a few months, the ring tone faded. I sent them an email, along with pictures, and they asked me to return the ring so they could replace it. Although the process took about 6 weeks, and I had to pay for shipping, they were at least willing to honor their product.
My ring is beautiful! The silver is thick and good quality not sharp and bendy like from some, it's never tarnished or scratched. The stone itself sparkles like crazy and still does after almost 2 years of constant wear! I've only polished it once with the cloth provided and still get compliments on this ring every day- I get more compliments on this pink stone than my diamonds on my engagement ring! I love it, the packaging is worth mentioning too as it's actually beautiful and makes the ring seem so designer- it's worth checking out x

The ring is lovely. It's very sparkly. I found the stone was wider than on the photo though, so I returned it and ordered a radiant cut ring which has always been a pleasing look for my long fingers. I will post again when I receive it.
