To say ripped off is an understatement! My partner ordered a rose gold amythyst ring received the wrong size but couldn't get a refund or exchange because it was over the 30 days even though it was their fault! The only reason he waited to give me the ring was waiting for my birthday so it was worn only once just to realize it was far too big. Now having it for 2 months and only wearing it out to dinner and nice events since it only fits my thumb! The rose gold has already chipped away in many spots and looks so cheap and tacky! Was going to take it to a jeweler to get it sized and see if they can spray off all the rosegold and replace it with a quality coating but I mean, come on! 2 months! Not impressed and will never buy from them again. Such ridiculous policies for something that takes so long to arrive you'd think they would be a little leanient given rings can be given as gifts and won't be used immediately after arrival
My recent purchase was by far the best I have made in a very long time. My ring is everything and I could not be more happier with it. I have received so many compliments. I will recommend Jeulia to any and everyone. And of course I will be back.
This is the 4th or 5th item I have bought and everything is as represented and very nice. The workmanship is wonderful and they are fun pieces of faux art.

Generally, the silver ring will not turn yellow and we never hear any feedback before that the silver will look like that as yours. Sterling liver by nature will tarnish when exposed to chlorine and bleach, but if you take care of the ring as our website showed, the silver ring will not have any issue and can be last for years. I was very happy with how my order was completed, with speediness and accuracy. I received my product 4 days after order, i did pay for shipping but everything was perfect when I received it. I do plan on using Jeulia again!
The stones are beautiful and one would never know that they are not diamonds. But the band fads and becomes cheap looking. True to their word, my finger doesn't turn green but there is money to polish the band either

I order my wedding ring I received empty box I been trying to resolve this issue without any luck I been told to send pictures of the package and box and I did so now I'm out of 179 dollars and ring

Please don't worry, once they claim the lost, we will take full responsibility for this issue, you will not lose your money or the ring. UPS sent us our ring from CT by way of AK and then KY, and never gave us an accurate delivery date. And we paid $20 for the service! It took 4 days for their one day shipping. Why did I pay $20 for UPS to take 4 days and never update me when I could Ha e paid $12.50 for USPS Priority? It would have gotten to me on time.
So on the subject of the product... We bought the claddagh wedding set. It is lovely. It's even prettier than the pictures showed.
