Paid 20 shipping and handling and not to the fault of Jeulia the package was not going to be delivered. Actually wasn't either of our faults but I had to meet the UPS driver to get the package at another location in order to get the rings before I left for vacation. I called customer service to let them know about the botched delivery and the gal said it's been delivered so the fee has been paid, when I tried to explain the situation she ended up hanging up the line on me mid sentence. I emailed in a and got an automated response.
I didn't get the ring I ordered. The purple in the ring I did get is barely noticeable when the pictures on the website shows it very prominent.
Looks 98% fake, no sparkle to stones, looked like the $5.99-$10.99 cheap ones from Wal-Mart, RUE21 even ones you would purchase at clairs. Delivery took longer although I paid the extra $20 express shipping
My first purchase was not a smooth one. My order didn't get shipped and I waited a month. Although they did nothing to compensate for it once I contacted customer serivice I had it within a week. My second purchase was much better. I have expensive wedding rings but I'm so happy with these! If a stone is lost who cares?! I can change up sets all the time and people have no idea that they're not the real deal!
The ring was amazingly beautiful, the box it came in was beat up so I had to present just the ring box.
I would buy again but it would nice if the box was packed better and not just in a plastic shipping bag
I have a wedding set and a square sapphire ring. I love them both. Very pleased with my Jeulia experience. There will be more rings in my future. I highly recommend them.

After the Post Office messed up and lost my ring, jeulia was very cooperative to get everything sorted and send me another ring as it was my wedding ring. I received it within days and i gota say the picture doesn't look anywhere near as good as the real thing. It came in a beautiful box within a box. The ring looks stunning and i am more than over the moon with it. Thank you to the person at jeulia for your help. You've made me and my new husband very happy.
I was shocked to see that my ring arrived within 2 days, and I could not believe the quality and how beautiful it was! The size ran a tad large, but I wore it regardless! Definitely a stunning piece of jewelry!
I ordered a ring and received it quickly. The ring was beautiful but unfortunately did not fit. I could not return it because I had removed the tag. No where on the information on the email for purchase or with the purchase order did it say not to remove the tag. I did not discover this until I started the return process online. This information should be clearly documented in the email purchase confirmation and when the package arrives. My only option was to exchange and I exchanged it for 2 rings.The process of exchange was very slow. Over all I am very happy with the rings. They are truly beautiful and I have not had any problems with them. The only thing I would recommend is to fine tune the exchange/return process.
