After reading the excellent reviews, I was excited to get the ring. Unfortunately, the ring really does look like costume jewelry. The ring I purchased has an artificial looking metal color, the stones have a cloudy appearance. On a 1-10 scale, in my opinion this ring is a 4. Its below average.
I purchased a ring on this site about a year ago. It is absolutely gorgeous and I wear it instead of my real wedding set as my original is a family heirloom. I get more compliments on this ring than my real one! I now have 4 in my collection

I recently ordered a ring to be delivered in Florida while we were on vacation. Delivery was extremely fast but however I ordered a 6.5 and received 6.25

Not good... very cloudy... not brilliant and shiny like web site... band is nice but the stone just doesn't show the facets like it does on Facebook

It took way to long to process and ship my order. Then unable to track because none of the links worked. Still have no idea when and if my order will arrive.
An awful experience all around. They advertise hassle free returns within 30 days. I asked to return the day it arrived because the setting of the ring was just too big for my finger. I got the run around and finally told how and where to return, which i immediately did. The next morning there is an email telling me to include yet another number on the package. I had already sent the package with all the numbers they gave me the day before. Ridiculous nonsense. Returns should not be that hard or difficult!
As for jewlery, it is much larger then it states on ordering website. Looks gaudy.
I will never order from here again and hope i get my 190 bucks back!
Not sure if I want to keep the ring I ordered. Doesn't have the sparkle or presence I was expecting. Also you advertise free shipping on all orders yet I was charged $20.00 for shipping!
The ring I purchased is lovely. Nice weighty band, lovely details. The sapphire, however, being a sapphire doesn't have the refractive ability of a diamond, and it gets dirty constantly. I have to clean mine thoroughly 2 times a day, but my hands are always in water. Be aware, that if you want to return the ring within 30 days, it CANNOT be worn and tag must remain on. I personally don't like this because had I known the sapphire would not be up to my standards I wouldn't have ordered it. Now I'm stuck with it. Don't get me wrong, it's lovely. Just not enough of a sparkler and the small stones are so small they are invisible. I've given up wearing the extra band all together.
The main stone seemed a little cloudy to me and the size seemed to run a little bigger then i wear, i would need a 6 1/2 instead of the 6 3/4
