The ring is nice but the stones fell out after I wore it a couple times and I've only had it a three weeks; I was very disappointed!

You cannot get a refund. I placed an order for a ring. It arrived in a very timely manner. When the rain came in it was Beautiful but not what I needed for my wedding band. I started attempting to get information on doing a return the next morning. All they will want to do is an exchange. I do not need another ring. I need a wedding band.

For paying $20 for shipping I would honestly think I would receive it faster. The rings and site are great ad well as prices. Just takes a little too long
So happy this ring fits well, they are usually too big or too small. Glad Jeulia has half and quart sizes. The ring is exactly as described, looks and feels elegant and the size is as shown. Packaging is very pleasant. It includes a nice box, a mini gift bag and an small envelope with cleaning cloth.
Purchase was excellent and will be ordering again. Thank you For helping make my dreams come true. My future daughter-in-law will be very pleased when she receives her gift from me!
Ring is nice, but I ordered and 30 mins later I tried to cancel. They told me it was too late... really?!? The item hadn't been shipped yet
I somehow didn't realize i was paying $20 for shipping... i would never ever pay that much for shipping, especially for a ring... the ring is pretty, but it's too big :( ... overall, i'm dissatisfied :(

I decided to return my rings because I thought they looked very fake and cheap. They were certainly not worth the price I paid for them in my opinion.

I bought the white sapphire & Aquamarine filagree looking ring, as well as several other rings that are beautiful as well. I have loved every ring that I have received, and delivery has been on time. My first order, however was a bit difficult, as they state "free shipping", and I didn't see any other options for shipping & was charged $20.00. I was not happy with the way the customer service department handled the situation, but I did give them a second chance & have been pleased ever since.
The set is beautiful, and really sparkles. The shipping was super fast, and the packaging was very secure and nice. I highly recommend.
The rings were cheap looking, gaudy and since I removed a 2 cent size sticker I can't return it! I should have researched this deceiving company before I ordered from them. Never would have ordered if I had known they came from China! I will let everyone know how this company works and warn them never to order anything from them!

Simplify customer's order tracking experience so they dont have to guess whose shipping. The way it's setup now can ruin the surprise like it did for me.

I had been waiting for 3 months to order this ring I was so excited when it came in however it was missing stones and the company refuses to do anything about it. They say they have a warranty but that is only if you ship at your own expense. I paid shipping and the amount of the ring I should no have to pay to fix a mistake on there part
