Ring is so pretty. Took longer to receive than I thought it would and I didn't receive the free gift.

I loved the jewelry but could not get anyone to return emails about an exchange. I got frustrated and tried to get someone regarding a return. Finally got someone on live chat and was told I would have to pay to return. It ended up costing me a total of 53.00 in shipping fees (I did 2 orders) to buy and return jewelry that did not fit and I did not keep. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not worth the hassle.

I returned the rings per their instructions, had to start a PayPal dispute, PayPal misunderstood my claim and went in Juelia favor as Item was as described. I returned the rings, I did as I wa asked and I'm out $130.00. I intend to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and, since they use California for returns, the State Attorney General's office. I am so sick and tired of being ripped off. I am also filing against PayPal for their role in all of this.

My ring arrived quickly. It is so beautiful and fits perfectly. It actually goes well with my existing diamond wedding band. In the few days I've had it I have gotten so many compliments! I may still buy a wedding band tho. I highly recommend this site.

My order arrived super fast and are very pretty... I still find myself staring at them. Main stone is alittle larger than I expected but I am very happy with my rings. I advise to buy one ring size larger than you normally wear. My ring size is 5.5 but they didn't offer my rings in that size so I bought 5 3/4 and they fit perfectly.
I purchased the Rose gold wedding set. The piece is well constructed with great attention to detail. It is comfortable on your finger. The simulated diamonds really catch the light and while it is a substantial ring it isnt ostentatious. I wanted to dabble with some Rose gold pieces and at this price it was the perfect way to do it. The ring comes in a wide range of sizes. When I wear it I always get compliments. It can be engraved if you choose. I would recommend it to friends and family alike.
