The delivery was fast! I got my ring yesterday, it's only less than 2weeks. I loved it I can't take off my eyes in my ring, nice job its so sparkly.
We ordered one of the skull rings which upon receipt, the style did not match my wife's style. We were just beyond their 30-day return policy due to extenuating circumstances where my 37-year-old brother-in-law got sick and passed leaving a wife and 3 children under the age of 6 behind. We were and still are beyond heartbroken. Jeulia, aware of our circumstances, worked with us to return and replace the ring with the black skull ring which my wife just loves!

Your return department people need a lot of help in their customer service and response time. Your website says easy return policy, well I beg to differ; I had told a lot of friends about your site but now will warn them that what you order can not be returned. Thanks for nothing
I have to say my rings are spectacular full of fire and sparkle everyone that compliments my rings, I tell them about all the different styles that Jeulia has how beautiful the packaging is and that these are real sapphires and that they don't have to settle for cz's ever again the prices are terrific and my order arrived in one week. I am already looking at my next purchase. A beautiful wedding band. I have read so many bad reviews about this company but I must say they are helpful and great. Also when my son saw the packaging he couldn't believe that I ordered this set on line. He is seriously dating right now and I told him to please not waste his money on diamonds they are overrated. My rings are prettier than anyone s in my families diamonds. Love love love. Thank you Jeulia. Costumer for life.
I absolutely love my rings!. The price is amazing for the product you are getting! I don't believe people know that much about rhodium and they need to do research on it to see that they are getting a great ring for the price!. We are big on jewelry in my family! My mom is completely spoiled! So are all of the daughters and grand daughters. We get jewelry for birthdays and Christmas. She cried when she seen my engagement ring, after a few weeks I told her how much we paid for it and she didn't believe me. Even on "home shopping networks" you can't get a man made diamond is sterling silver plated in rhodium or platinum for anywhere close to this price! My mother had just spent $600 on a one carat man made diamond rings from a very popular show... so she was stunned at the prices and has started buying Christmas and birthday presents from Jeulia's. Also, the box it comes in is amazing! You will not find anything that nice and any local over priced jewelry store! I have recommended this site to a few friends and they love their rings also! We will definitely be buying more from Jeulia's
The ring was beautiful, paid for extra shipping and that was super fast. Customer service was polite and helpful. Everyone thinks the ring is real! Couldn't be happier. Would buy from them again.
Great clean, cute and stylish ring. Only had trouble noticing the tiny engravings. Would much prefer seeing more noticable engravings, but still very nice with the order.

I love the wedding set we ordered. It is as pretty as the picture and fit perfect. The service I received was awesome and shipping was perfect. It came when they said I would get it. I just can't say enough of how good the experience was and how happy we are.

It was very easy to order, already knew the ring I wanted. I received my purchase in just about a week, which is surprising as it came from Asia. The ring set is beautiful. I am very pleased.
The first ring I got was defective, they allowed me to return it and replace it with no problems at all. The replacement was defective as well, so I suggested to go with an entirely different style. They let me exchange it no problem.
I requested a rush on my order and received my ring within 3 days! Customer service was great! Ring is very pretty however it is larger than I thought and the size of the stones makes it appear glass-like certain ways you look at it. May return it for smaller stone ring. I will attach a picture on Jeulia website for all to give their opinion.

I cant say enough good things about their products. I have their pear shaped lab created champagne sapphire wedding set. It's the most beautiful ring i own and i have several pieces that are very expensive high end pieces. Honestly, my Jeulia set puts them to shame. I've had this set almost a year and it's as beautiful as the day I received it. These pieces last and are so well made. I would recommend their jewelry to anyone.
Not worth the $87 I spent. Very cheap and fake looking. Don't waste your money! The stone was cloudy and no shine at all.
