I received my ring 7 days after ordering (that time frame includes a holiday) I received overwhelming comments about the beauty of it. Can't believe I wore it twice and a stone fell out already. There are no return instruction and no other paperwork that came with the ring to contact anyone. Was happy on quick delivery but it was short lived.

I was not expecting the Jeulia name and number in Front of the custom engraving on the ring. It takes away from the look and specialness. Simply, I think it looks bad. The box is nice and the ring looks decent for the price. 5 stars if it wasn't for the engraving.
