Love the rings I received. Although I typically have sizes I purchase and one tend to be a little more snug than normal and other I bought a little smaller than normal but yet its a little big. Wish there was more room for error on sizing.

Ive never felt like I was dealing with a robot more than this experience... made a mistake and put 2 Not 1 ring in the cart. Purchasing thru my phone it went quick and until I received my conf email, I didnt know :( I chose a size from the drop down options with no warning the 1/2 sizes were special order sizes? So they will not let me return... It was shipped when thin 24 hours.? How specially made was that? They claim they cant sale it? It was my size... most people I know wear a half size... anyways 0 Help... no campassion, no concern for their customers :(
When I tried to get with you to change the engraving to something that would work with spacing counting those letters you wouldn't let me do it you just told me my order was shipped and that there was really nothing y'all would do that's not customer service I'll never buy from y'all again because of that and how did you adjust stop the one that you shipped and sent me the one that I sent 5 emails describing exactly what I wanted engraved on the ring in Germany including the spacing y'all wouldn't do it you still sent the one that was messed up and so I was just supposed to keep that even if I'm supposed to return that to y'all that was y'all's that's on y'all like I said it should have been stated on the page that spaces counted as characters as misinformation and that's not the consumer's fault that's on y'all as a company especially one that's talking to another business owner so from one business owner to another that is horrible customer service

I bought a ring from Jeulia a little over a year ago and it still looks just as beautiful as it did when I received it. All of the stones still sit solidly in place. It was a great buy!
I love the ring and even sent it back for resize ( I made a mistake on the size) and it was returned within 10 days. The only negative I have is that it took too long for me to get the ring in the first place. I believe a month-could have been longer.
