Remarkable

I was charged for fast service and charge $20.00. I did not ask for that and believe you owe me a refund. There is another ring I want but if you are going to over charged I will never order or tell anyone able your company.

My everyday wedding and engagement ring are yellow gold. I don't wear white gold or silver very often but I wanted a set that looked like they were real diamonds and white gold that I could wear when I did want to wear white gold. This set by Jeulia fit the bill perfectly. It looks so real and beautiful for thousands of dollars less. Thank you

Ring damaged in shipping

My ring showed up damaged. It wasn't in the slot for the ring when I opened it. The center ring had got caught on other ring and it put nicks in bottom of center ring and side of outer ring. Otherwise the inner ring has turned cloudy even with polishing and I have removed the ring before washing my hands. The ring is beautiful but it is very thick and causes my fingers to hurt.

Amazing rose gold ring

Received my ring as a Christmas present from my husband and was so blown away. It was inscribed always and forever, which jeulia offers for free. I am so In love with my rose gold ring that i wear it instead of my engagement ring. The quality is the highest Ive seen from anyplace including jewellery stores. Everywhere I go I get compliments on my ring and I always pass on the stores name on. The ring is beautiful and rare.

Deceptive advertizing

Deceptive advertizing, charged 20.00 for shipping, when ad said free shipping. When I emailed a request for explainion, was told it didnt applied.

Please know that we offer three shipping methods for the USA: $20 for Expedited Shipping, $15.95 for Standard Shipping & Free Economy Shipping over $45. In order to make sure customers receive their items as quickly as possible, if there is no any request for the shipping method, the system will automatically regard the expedited shipping as default. After you placed the order, our system sent you the confirmation email that you also could check the shipping information, but I can see that we didn't receive any request to change the shipping method, so finally your order was shipped out via UPS expedited shipping and you have received it on 8th, Dec already. Nonetheless, as a token of goodwill we would like to offer you a 5% discount on a future order with us. Please feel free to call us if you wish to opt for the discount on your next order. I bought two rings from this juelia.com and they messed up the engravement on BOTH rings. And then you want me to turn around and spend 80 more dollars to fox YOUR mistake. Piss poor.

Per our records, our system received your request to get your rings engraved with "My love and my lif" & "Forever and alwa". Please know that if the characters exceed the limit, our system won't let you type the rest letters, we do give the prompt under the tab for engravings, but you might not notice it. And we also sent you the confirmation email including the information of engravings, but we didn't receive any request to change it, we just produced the ring as your requirement, that's why you received the ring with incorrect engraving. Someone from our Customer Satisfaction Team will contact you soon and discuss this more, we are hoping that we can find a positive resolution to this issue.

I got mine on time and it is beautiful. Unfortunately, we ordered the wrong size so we had to return it. Here is when the problem started. I packaged it and mailed it back via priority. Then I sent them email to let them know it was on the way and they wanted the tracking number. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt so I couldn't provide them that information. They would not resend the correct ring until I provided that info. I had to go to the Post office with the exact time and amount of the transaction for them to find it. Once I got it and emailed Jeulia with it, the ring was shipped that day. So, if you need to return, save your tracking info and email them. Phone calls and chat are of no use, email is the only coorespondence they recognize.

Poor customer service

If You have to return the item you bought, customer service is very hard to contact. I phoned them, I was on hold for five min. Then I was told to call back. Because all operators are busy. Merry
I will never buy another item from this establishment.
They want a photo of the item to show it has not been worn. I did not like the ring when I open the box, the tag is still on. When they contacted me they keep trying to convince me to exchange for another merchandise.
I want a refund. I have never experienced this difficulty with any business
