I love my new rings. The detail is awesome. The only thing I don't like is the engraving is a little small but I can live with that. My first day wearing it and I got so many compliments. It shines nice. True to size. And it arrived fast.

Please understand that as the 30 days return policy clearly states, the special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors cannot be returned. (Custom sizes are all of other sizes except the following: Women’s Sizes: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 Men’s Sizes: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10), you ordered a women's band in size 10 so that it is not eligible for a refund. While we cannot accept the return of the ring, we still want to do everything possible to make sure you’re happy. I have recently received two rings which are lab. Created white sapphires and also created emeralds. I have been extremely delighted with both purchases. My latest multi (engagement style) stone ring is absolutely gorgeous and could easily pass for diamonds. These will not be my last purchases from Jeulia Jewelry.

When I had questions, the representative I chatted with was always so friendly and helpful. And when I ordered our rings, they were delivered quickly and correct ( correct size and engraved right) and a decent price. Very happy customers:-)
My reasons for shopping were specific and special. Close up pictures really helped. Also got good first time buyer discoints. I did expect to be able to use my P. O. box yet the shipment came with no problems.
