I ordered some shoes, and when I got the order confirmation it showed a pair of shoes that I didn't order. I didn't receive an invoice, so I emailed the company to ask for the invoice, telling them that the order confirmation was incorrect, so I wanted to see the invoice. In the request for the invoice I gave details about the shoes I had ordered. They responded in 24 hours, confirming that the order was for the wrong shoes, and that the order would be shipped soon (for the wrong shoes). I asked to change the order before the shoes shipped. No response. I emailed every day for several days, using the invoice number. No response. The shoes arrived today, the wrong ones. No invoice, return information, no paperwork in the package. Cheap junky shoes that I didnt order. I tried one on, thinking I might as well keep them, I'll never get a refund. They don't fit, huge in the instep and heel, supposed to be orthopedic, what a joke. When I looked up the invoice number the site says the number doesn't exist. So I tried the tracking number. That says that number isn't in their system. Don't order from this company. I'm furious, I tried so hard to get a response, I'll never get a refund. And I don't want any more shoes from this company.

The American company JANE'S CLOSET should SUE this leech of a site! I placed an order over a month ago and still nothing! No where on their site do they indicate that the site is from China! Gherefore,, I believed I was placing an order from Jane's Closet. Much to my dismay! Their tracking number system is a farce. I WILLNEVER ORDER from this site EVER again!

Worst Order ever made

STAY AWAY FROM JANE CLOSET! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I wanted to order some bras and the type I was looking for was carried by Jane Closet. I wish I had searched for reviews. It would have saved me the money and irritation. I checked to make sure this bra was not on the list for a non-returnable in case it was the wrong size. Worst company to deal with! After I received my order a month later, I opened the shipping package and saw that the bras, individually packages, were no where near what the size chart said. I reached out to start a return and was told my order didn't qualify and was non-returnable. I pointed out that the bras I ordered were not on their list and asked that they escalate the issue higher due to not having this product clearly mentioned on the website or order before submitted that this would be a non-returnable item. Had I known it would be non returnable, I would have never wasted the money on them. The reasoning I was given was that the "warehouse is in Vietnam, the charge would be high due to geographical distance." But they were willing to give me a 30% discount. I would never use due to poor customer service and clarity on their website and return policy. I will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from any of their products.

Terrible Business

Well, they received my order for 2 pairs of shoe and they have TAKEN our money on September 15th an 16th. We have not heard from them or received our shoes ( it's impossible to contact them). STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I ordered my mother two pairs of shoes from this "company." After a month of no order confirmations, tracking numbers, or communication whatsoever, I finally tried to call the company from the number on their website. It said that due to COVID, nobody would be answering the phones and that email was the only method to communicate with them - so I did. After a week, they replied and told me that they'd found the order and that it had shipped. A couple weeks later, I reached out again and they told me they had no record of my order. After another week, they said they found it and it had shipped... from CHINA! They gave me a tracking number, which showed that my order was in LA. That was somewhat reassuring because I live in Washington State. Well, it then went from LA to Nevada to Colorado to Pennsylvania to New York. WTF? According to the tracking number, it was finally delivered... to a home in New York! I have received no email responses or phone calls from this "company." I will certainly be filing a fraud alert with my credit card and the BBB.

RIP OFF

Foreign made. Bras are crap. Way to small and have NO support and they refuse to take them back and refund my money. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR ANY STAISFACTION FROM THEIR PRODUCTS. PLWASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. It will take months to get the products and they are piss poorly made.

I ordered orthopedic shoes in my regular shoe size and when they arrived, I tried to make them fit but they were too small. I have tried for 2 months to exchange them. They repeatedly ask for pictures of the shoes, my feet, pictures of my measurement of my feet, etc. They are playing games and I dont think they will ever be honorable and give me my money back or exchange the shoes. Because they are an international shop, it costs more to return the items than what they are worth and I doubt that I will ever be able to sell them. I cannot even see how they call them orthopedic either, they are regular shoes. Had I known from the ad that they were not in the U.S., I would never have ordered the shoes. I will contact the Fed. Trade Comm., White House, and BBB and any other agencies I can find to report them and others like them. I lost money on t-shirts from China because they were ridiculously small. This is a robbery and rip-off for the American Consumer and i pray justice will be done to these thiefs. They should never be allowed to advertise or at least post correct info on their ads of where they are based.

So gosh, I never write reviews because I honestly don't have the time or effort to do it. And also because I work in customer service so I know how it feels to be on the other side. However with that being said, the shoes I bought from this scam company were absolutely terrible! I bought them thinking they would have memory foam and help me with the pain on my feet. Nope. But see that's not the problem the problem is the return process. I did exactly what they asked and they legit got back to me weeks later. And said I couldn't return them because the time period had passed and I replied by saying well of course it passed you guys took forever to reply to my return email. Honestly this makes me mad because 1) they don't know if people have the money to just throw away $30 and 2) don't lie to people saying you will refund the money if you aren't going to. At least be upfront and say buy at your own risk. So please if you took the time to read this: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMED COMPANY! They won't help you, they won't reply, nothing! And it's sad that they are doing this in a time of uncertainty. Js.

Oh WOW, my large sized bra MARKED L would fit a 60 pound child. Stitching coming loose, cheap, sleezy material! This company needs to be eliminated! A TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
