I ordered and paid for the LED wall butterflies in August. They were intended for my granddaughter's birthday which is today October 25th. We still have not received them. According to the tracking, they have been "in transit" since October 1st. I have contacted Inspire Uplift several times and they keep referring me to their tracking. DO NOT order from these people!
I ordered the microblading eyebrow pen and didn't get any email so I ordered again and the second order, I did receive an email. Inspire Uplift has taken two payments from my credit card. I thought I could just give one to my friend. When I finally received it, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of this product and my friend didn't like it either. I've contacted by email which is the only way to contact them. They have completely ignored my complaints. Come to find out, the only returns they take is "unopened" products! How can you guarantee 100% satisfaction without the customer opening and trying the product? This is false advertising! The product is junk!

Being a girl, I prefer only the Trust Pilot to execute my all the deals form beauty to the kitchen. There is no second opinion for the reliability of the site and the products over there. I never faced any kind of issue while getting my orders or the mode of transactions as well. They return the product easily if the customer dissatisfies with their money incurred.
When you shop the website (Inspire Uplift) you think the products would be shipped from USA since their contacts details are all based in US but you will be surprise to receive the shipping tracking number from China. Then I came to know that all their items are actually sold on Aliexpress and (Inspire Uplift) sell the same exact thing for triple the price. This is the product I purchased the Solar Garden Fountain (on their site for $29.97, and the funny thing they have crossed it from the original price as $60 which is of course to deceive the buyer) -- on Aliexpress the same product is for $9.41. The whole website is a rip-off I had a horrible customer service experience which is ran by one person only Ethan.

I have not gotten products. So dont know how quality is. I do know that I ordered 4 items. Just got shipment message today 4 20 19. Only for 2 though. So its been over 1 week since i ordered. 2 shipped 2 have not. Why does it take so long to even ship out. Is their warehouse that big that they can't pull the orders 1 day or even 2 days after u place an order. Usually u get an order same they its pulled or next day. Ship the following day. How does it take 1 whole week just to ship out and not even the whole order only half? Still dont know when those 2 items will ship. I do know that if i dont get them by memorial day i will cancel the order. Should not take that long, even coming from over seas. I dont think its worth it to save a little money to get it 2 or even 3 weeks after I order. Maybe longer who knows. Will update once i receive order. If it is that long i will cancel. Make sure they get inconvenienced like I did.

Ordering from this company has only promoted a feeling of daily anxiety. Almost a month has gone by and i still have not received my order/purchase. The lack of an ability to track the order only adds insult to injury. The last update was indicated on the 3rd of April. So im clueless regarding the package and its current location. Did a bit more investigating by inputting the tracking code into the USPS tracking system and it only provided a pre shipment status. Whomever is reading this post now do not and i repeat do not order through this company. The customer service is shoddy at best and hasn't provide any real answers regarding the thr location of the parcel. I will never buy anything from this company. Huge disappointment. Guess i have to wait and see if the package arrives, if it ever does. Will provide an update if i do receive it.
I ordered a Jelly fish lamp. When I finally got it, it worked for one day then quit. I contacted the company and told them it quit working, Andy said a replacement was on its way. When I got the "replacement" it was 2 face shields, not what I ordered. I have been trying for months to get a refund, and they refuse to give it. I filed a dispute with my credit card company to credit the money back. Do not order anything from this company or you will more than likely have the same trouble I did. Save your money, the product isn't worth the trouble.

I ordered two pair of leggings and when I received them I opened one package tried them on and they did not fit so I folded them back up and put them back in the bag. I never opened the second pair. The company will not take back the leggings that do not fit me. This is horrible customer service. You look at the guidelines and order what you hope will fit you and when it doesn't that's just too bad! Is that really a way to run a company. Don't deal with them. If what you get you do not like or it does not fit you are stuck with it.
I am extremely disappointed with this company. I watched the video advertisement on pinterest for the car cleaning product and was impressed. Nowhere in the video or the literature anywhere was there shown to be or said to be the need to hook the tool itself up to an air compressor. The tool will not work without one. Furthermore, I reached out for a refund about this problem, and I received no response.

This stuff is very sticky! I got it to hold a knife magnet up because command strips would fail on my RV walls in a few weeks with the humid Hawaii weather. This is amazing! It is more like removable super glue for your walls. I was expecting it to be used like velcro where I could stick my phone up and remove it, but it almost pulled my pop socket off my phone. However, it is perfect for the intended knife strip use and I plan to use it all over the house on items that I do not want to repeatedly remove over and over. I love that it will be reusable if we move or need to replace an item later.
I ordered a rose teddy bear and I had more than just a few problems. My tracking number was not updated, I asked for a refund and they denied it, I had to keep getting in contact with them but they did not give the answers I wanted. To this day I still have no received my rose bear. I am still in contact with them but its been almost an entire month and they answers is always I cant help you. I don't recommend this business to anyone.
Product would be great if they fit over shoes. Not sure what type of shoes they are sized for bought M & L. M is to small and L is to large has bubble pockets in bottom and doesn't seem to go on correctly.

I ordered the product that came in a terrible shape, just damaged. I contacted the customer service and asked for a full refund because by the time it arrived(about 30 days!) I did not need it anymore. I was explained that the company did not refund the purchases but could send me the same item again(again with any warranty that it would come in an acceptable shape). Only my complaints including BBB helped to force them to refund my money.

Three weeks after ordering and paying for my item it has yet to ship. Contacted the company three times and they will not reship or refund my account. I consider them stealing from consumers. I will contact BBB next.
Shopping with uplift was great.
Product delivery was timely.
Box was a bit smashed but product was not damaged. Candle worked perfectly and was a big hit! Only the sound recording is a bit cheap, and not very audible, plus it doesn't stop playing so it's a bit annoying. It's a shame because we would have liked to keep it.

Real pain trying to get the system to ship to one address and bill my address. Also poor communication with Inspire Uplift, meaning to communication from them after they took order, until I contacted them by email to find out what tracking number was so I could keep up with status of the delivery to my granddaughter in Minnesota.
Company is horrible with giving refund and poor customer service! I waited two months only to find out my product was lost in transit.
After noticing in the tracking my product hadn't moved in weeks. I reached out to customer service. They told me product was on its way and they had no way of tracking it. Refunds were not available for products that were already shipped out. I checked in numerous times with customer service only to be given same response. Finally after almost two months demanding a refund they said product was lost in transit.
I asked again for a refund of my money and got back same generic response store refund or they will ship product again to me. Now my credit card company is involved. I don't need scripted text messages from customer service. Please take ownership and give me a actual refund. Beware of this company!

Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
