I purchased an SVG download. After payment, the link I was sent only takes me to the photo that it is in the item description. There is no download.
I also don't like that I had to create an account just to access the item I had already paid for. Then, it didn't work anyway! Seller never responded. I also tried leaving a review on the website and surprise, surprise, it won't let me. It just sits there with the wheel spinning and never submits the review. I can only assume this is some sort of scam website.
The products do not last more than a few weeks, just barely to get past their 14 day refund policy, to where you cannot return or exchange. Do not purchase anything from this site. Do not believe the product reviews on their site.
From the home page, when I clicked on "garden shop" initially, your site told me the page was unavailable. Showed a graphic of a 404 error. Weird. Fortunately, the item was in recently viewed, so I was able to go to it quickly.
Ordering was ok now awaiting delivery took longer than I expected. I was (still) nervous that my order didn't arrive until Christmas. If my order doesn't come Santa will be up a creek. Hard waiting for your order. What will I do if it doesn't arrive on time?

Ordering was ok now awaiting delivery
I paid for some lamps in November. They money was taken from my account and I thought, now the package is arriving. I wrote too complain in January, they told me sorry and they would send a new package.

Placed an order over a month ago, I have been checking my tracking info often and see that my package was sent back to the sender for some reason? I have since emailed them 4 times, sent a message through their 24/7 chat service, AND messaged them on Instagram with no response. Additionally, when I was placing the order I set my country to Canada and was therefore under the impression that the currency was Canadian And then later saw that I was actually charged more than I thought because it had been in US currency with no indication. Terrible, terrible service.
This was my first experience ordering from Inspire Uplift. I have to say I am very impressed by both the product AND the customer service. Updating me on my order was a great experience and I had no problem. I'm sure I'll find another occasion of which I'll use Inspire Uplift.

I ordered a product from Inspire Uplift. I was immediately charged for it (naturally), yet I never received an email even though the website said they will send a confirmation email. Next day, I tried calling their contact number, which was provided on the website, and it went straight to voicemail multiple times. I left a voicemail and no one returned my phone called. I sent an email explaining the problem and saying I wanted to cancel the order, yet they said you need to cancel an order within 60 minutes from time of purchase. 60 minutes I would not recommend the website. Their customer service and support time is uncooperative and unreasonable. Clearly, they are looking for one sale at a time and not focused on being a reliable and ethical business.
I ordered from this company and they didn't deliver the item I purchased for $75.00. When I track it through the site that emailed me upon ordering and it says the item is still in Los Angeles since December 26

The toddlers head protection pads are great. I have purchased it for my daughter as well as for my sisters son too. They are of great quality and are soft. I recommend it to everybody. As our children's safety is our top most priority. It really saves my baby from getting bumps and bruises.
Is this the "Music Flower" Fine Sketch Tattoo Eyebrow Pencil? I received it in Dark Grey as your customer service department advised, but it is way too dark. I ordered a T-shirt, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of fabrics. I soiled it with coffee, but I was able to get rid of the stain easily, although most T-shirts had to be thrown away after such stains. However, the bottom is a little stretched, but overall the quality is good.

Bought an attachment for a drill to cut wood. It never worked from the beginning. We called to see about a return and because it was Christmas they didn't get back to us in time for a return 15 days. The return policy is a joke, their customer service is an even bigger joke. Never buy their products.
The worse. Ordered my grand kids Christmas gifts from these people on December 2nd. It still did not arrive today, December 20th and the kids leave tomorrow for a month out of the country and they should have taken their presents with them. How can anything take 18 days to be delivered when Amazon does it next day. Never ever again.

This company does not respond to all emails and when they do they ask for more information that was already given in the initial email. I get the whole delay in shipping because of Covid but its been nearly 2 months and they keep saying "its on its way". Theres no phone support, chat does basic functions all else goes to the escalation team. Literally 23 emails later with no resolution. I emailed the president and he blocks all outside emails that should tell you enough about this companies values. The president doesnt even want to hear from his own customers. Right Mr Aaron Wallace?
The uplift bra must have been made with smaller breasts in mind. I wish the straps were adjustable, my breasts fall out the sides because the cups are too small. I ordered the size recommended and the straps are too long and when I do up the straps on the band nothing happens. I had high hopes for this bra as the concept is unique, but I was very disappointed.

Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
Answer: The company may have a Florida address, however products are often shipped from outside the US. This was the case with my order, so if you're looking for a reputable company that sells American made products, you should avoid this company.
