The company may have a Florida address, however products are often shipped from outside the US. This was the case with my order, so if you're looking for a reputable company that sells American made products, you should avoid this company.

Very bad experience with this seller that does not like negative reviews and is trying to ban me for leaving reviews.
I ordered a pair of shoe covers thinking it was it was US manufactured and had US quality as the website shows a US address, but the product came from China and it is badly made, moreover it is a very dangerous item.
First, if I had wanted a product from China I would have ordered it on AliExpress and only paid 3 $ and not 19.99 $.
It is poorly made, it does meet the description and worse of it, it is VERY VERY SLIPPERY, contrary to what it says on the item description
This is a very expensive and DANGEROUS item.
I wish the information on their website had not been misleading.
The Website also offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and all emails say "We are here to make things right", those are only words that the seller does not intend to keep.
Worse of it, the seller does not want to comply with the laws of the country in which he is selling.
A very slippery product is a very dangerous and therefore defective and as such, it is up to the seller to pay for the return of the defective product. Extract of the European Directive which you should abide to since they sell in France: "A product is defective when it does not provide the safety which a person is entitled to expect, taking all circumstances into account, including:(a) the presentation of the product;(b)the use to which it could reasonably be expected that the product would be put". So I keep asking for a prepaid label so I can return the product to the seller and ask for a refund.
The seller does not want to provide either of them.
This is a very very bad experience and I do not recommend this website at all as the seller does not care whether or not you are satisfied or if he sells a dangerous product or not.
I have sustained a bad fall and hurt myself badly, I would think that this should be sufficient for the seller to refund. I must overstress that I am a senior citizen too.
In conclusion, if you do not want to be ripped off, stay away from this seller
