I accidentally purchased a product. I tried to cancel within 15 minutes. Customer service refused to cancel & did not offer any alternatives.

I am a seller on InspireUplift.com. I have been waiting for the payout for my sold products since June 2024. I keep writing to customer support, asking where my money is and when they will transfer it. All I receive are standard replies saying, "Wait." They took my money and are not giving it back. I am waiting for $400.

I sold my products, and the buyer received them in July 2024, but I still haven't been paid for these items. I do not recommend using this platform to sell your products.

I am a seller of this marketplace. I delivered 1st order on 1st January 2025. First I approved my order balance from them. I requested on 08th January 2025 for withdrawal in okx trust wallet. But still my order balance is not transferring by them. They are scammers.

I sold items on this site and have not been able to get paid for them for half a year now. The site apparently just stole them and spent them. There are a lot of us. The founder of the site does not get in touch. I do not advise anyone this scam site.

These people are thieves. I have sold hundreds of digital products on their site and cannot get my money nor can I delete my products off their site, so they just keep selling my stuff without paying me. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.

I am a seller on this site. The first three withdrawal requests took 1-1.5 months. Now I'm waiting for another withdrawal request for 4.5 months! The support responds slowly, with constant excuses on their part that everything is done manually. But this is complete nonsense. For the interest they charge from sellers, it would have long been possible to hire specialists and make this process automated. For example, on sites such as Etsy, eBay and Amazon. I hope that I will still wait for my money, and I no longer accept orders on this site, this is a shame for an American company!

I want to share my unfortunate experience with Inspire Uplift to warn other sellers. I have been waiting for over a month to withdraw my funds, but my withdrawal request remains stuck as "pending." Despite contacting support multiple times, I only receive the same generic responses with no resolution.

After researching, I discovered that many other sellers have faced similar issues, with some waiting months or even years without ever receiving their money. It seems like a pattern, and unfortunately, it's starting to feel like this platform might be a scam.

If you're considering selling on Inspire Uplift, think twice before risking your time and hard-earned money. I hope this helps others avoid the frustration and financial loss I've experienced.

As a seller, you enter into a Faustian bargain when you engage with InspireUplift.com. They lure you in with promises of reaching a broad audience and lucrative sales opportunities. But beware: once you start making sales, you're treading on thin ice. Many sellers have reported their accounts being unceremoniously deleted after making significant sales, leaving them high and dry with no recourse or explanation.

My account was suspended with no reason and they kept all my earnings which is a pure robbery. They also stopped answering my emails. Only a fraudulent company would do that, so beware.

Beware of fraud! I opened a shop in January 2024 and sold one item. When it was successfully delivered I tried to transfer money to my bank account but until today (July the 20th) I received nothing! I contacted customer support several times - they apologized for a delay but still I don't see my money! They are scammers!

This marketplace is a scam project. They do not pay money to sellers who have sent their goods to customers. I sold my goods in March 2024 and did not receive my honestly earned money by February 2025. Support responds with standard emails. I know about 200 sellers who have also been delayed in payments since March 2024.

I was skeptical about ordering from this website as I have never tried them before. I made an order for a Christmas present for my 7 yr old almost a month before the holiday. I received a refund notice I'm assuming because it could not actually be filled for whatever reason only a few days before Christmas...really! At this point I can't get it anywhere else on time. It was a "Santa" gift...so disappointing all around. Not the end of the world, my kids realize they will not get everything they want but it just made me mad because I could have worked around it if I had enough of a heads up.

Products are very overpriced for their cheap quality. Customer service is awful to non-existent. They look for every way to get out of accommodating the customer for any issues with their products. In my case, the product arrived unsealed, and now they refuse to have it returned due to it being unsealed. So they trap you and take your money. Quite a scam they have going. Have contacted customer service at least 10 times and getting nowhere in returning a product just as they sent it to me, for a refund. In their view, the customer is wrong no matter what the issue.

A real market of tons of goodies.
I mean, you can shop here anything you need from something that will help to take care of your appearance, to oil paintings, watercolors and different arts. It's amazing having such an online shop under the belt, because you know, it saves a lot of time, you don't need to wander around the mall shopping something. Just a few clicks, it's in the bag, and then it's right in your hands. Just a convenient way to get different things.

I am a seller on this site and I want to say don't even think about creating a store here! Payment deadlines do not have specific deadlines; you can wait months for payment! I've been waiting for payments since March 15th, now it's May 29th and I still haven't received them! I have a feeling that this company collects the proceeds from sellers and stakes them on crypto exchanges. In general, the attitude of these guys towards sellers is disgusting!

This website is a scam. I ordered something right before Xmas (a downloadable pdf) and the link to the pdf never worked. I wrote multiple emails and no one solved the problem. I never ended up getting the item I paid for or a refund. And had to buy somewhere else because it was a Xmas present.

We bought four solar lights. Two work, one works intermittently and the fourth doesn't work at all. Emailed customer service. They didn't offer a replacement or a refund. But yay, they did offer a coupon for $10.00 off our next purchase. Of course we won't ever buy from them again because why would you want to keep spending money on a company that sends out defective product and won't replace them. It's too bad because they offer so many items we're interested in buying but we can't waste money on garbage.

Purchase and delivery went fine. However, they do not tell you the seller's location and make it appear as if the seller is in your home country. Only after the item tracking came up did I find out I was buying from someone in Russia. Unless you've been living under a very large rock, for obvious reasons, Russia is not somewhere I would like to do business with. Contacting customer support, they just kind of shrug their shoulders and say "oh well, your item is on the way", try contacting the seller. Will not use the site again.

I placed two orders for Mother's Day gifts on 5/3/2020 through this company. My orders still haven't been received even though they were supposedly shipped on 5/9/2020. USPS still says they are awaiting the items. I have attempted to call but it goes straight to a recording, I have emailed and I have done live chat a few times. All I keep being told is my items are on their way. No one can tell me when the items will arrive even though they should have been delivered already. And I'm being refused refunds. Buyer beware of this website/company. They are all about taking your money but not giving you the product you order. Also the customer service is hard to get a hold of and less than helpful.
