Order placed 3/12/19 for Christmas presents. Part order arrived 16/12/19 and the balance arrived on 31/12/19 very disappointing, did not arrive within the 7 - 10 day delivery as advertised. Also Tracking was hard to follow as it was in Chinese.
It's such a wonderful experience having visited such a megastore last Friday! They are doing a true service to the community. I am pen down to write a review for Inspire Uplift experiencing useful, innovative as well as reliable products from clothes to electronics at valid charges.
I'm currently waiting for an impulse purchase on an incense burner for $50. It's now been two weeks and I still have no idea when I'll actually get it cause it's coming from CHINA! Not only did I see it requires a specific "down flow" incense cone that I also have to order on line. I found out I could have gotten the exact same product from Amazon in 3 days at half the price! What a dope I am! I was going to order a cool lamp from Uplift but after this experience I'm deleting my bookmark on this business.

The product was as advertised. Absolutely love it. Worked immediately after putting it on. Instructions were easy. Will definitely order again.
Only disappointed was in the delivery. Had placed the order 2 weeks before required date but did not receive delivery date. I had to chase up on order. Hopefully it can be improved as it was meant as a gift and the stipulated time of delivery was 7- 10 working days.

Terrible delivery service and impossible to get a live person to ask anything. When call or live chat, just told to email and when email, get standard email they send to everyone with no current information. My item has been sitting in LA for 2 weeks. They blame everything on pandemic but I have received other items from other vendors during the last few months without any problems.
This company deserves zero stars! It took over a month to receive the 2 products I ordered. The tracking number they give you does nothing. By the time they arrived, they were no longer needed/wanted. I requested a refund and asked for a return address to send the unopened packages. It took over a week for them to respond and I was told they will only give store credit, no refund. Their customer service is POOR. I should have read their online reviews before ordering. Do Not Order from this company!

I placed an order more than a month ago. I contacted the company by email and they said it will be another two weeks before they ship my product. Another two to four weeks for it to arrive. I'm moving out of the country end of June, and the refuse to cancel my order, they sat on it for more than a month and won't ship for two more weeks, no notification it would take three months to get my product.
Save your money these people don't care if you ever ft your order, many they will not cancel your order, or refund your money.
It's dishonest companies like this that make internet shopping untrustworthy!

I purchased a pair of uv light blocking lenses on March 8th. It was near the end of the month before I finally received them. I never received a tracking number as was promised and the lens arrived damaged. I contacted the company numerous times to see about getting a replacement. Was told someone would contact me within 24 hours. No one ever did. I had to contact them! I was so frustrated that I ended up requesting a full refund. However, I kept getting the run around. They completely ignored my request and were trying to still send a replacement pair that I repeatedly told them that I did not wanted. Now I have to go by other legal means to get this issue resolved. I am thoroughly disappointed with this company and I will never be a customer again.

Ordering was easy, shipping went from CA to NY then back to UT... did not make sense and was a day late arriving. Thank you USPS. Why it went from west coast to east coast and back west caused a much longer time from order to delivery. Approximately 13 days. Item has been given high marks by our granddaughter and she said our 15 month old great grandson is enjoying it. She said it is awesome.
So far, the only thing I have not been able to do is apply the advertised 60% off. I was hoping that would mitigate the cost and offset exchange rate effect!

I was pleased to find this product. I have arthritis and it is difficult to clean the bathroom tiles (among other parts of the home). I have only tried one attachment so far. I suppose my expectations were too high. The brush did not perform well. On a one to ten scale, I would rate it a 4, at best.

Easy locating product, placing order and paying quickly.
My Christmas gift never arrived. After 2 months I demanded a refund and was told repeatedly to he patient, as shipping was taking a little longer. I was then told that I had to contact the shipping company myself to track down the lost order. The shipping company admitted it was lost, but still Inspire did not refund. I disputed the charge with my credit card company which credited my account.
I ordered a product in APRIL. It is now June and no product or refund. I keep getting the run around from Customer Service and a tracking number that is never updated. I am at my wits end with this. Terrible customer service as they just keep saying the same thing with no help for TWO months! I will never order from this company again and also tell all my friends and family not to!
I placed an order in early April. It was to be a gift for someone dear to me. Time after time when I inquired about my order, I was given one excuse after another. The tracking number was never correct, and once, I was told the shipper lost the package with an assurance HE would take care of it personally and send it to me right away. Never happened. THEN I was given more excuses and more useless tracking numbers. It is now May 15, and I have not received my package. Never ordering anything from them again. I hate liars and cheaters. They have my money, yet I don't have my item.

I just simply love this site. They have super awesome and unique products around and trust me this product is one of their best out of their antique collection. Soft, smooth, plush and beautifully crafted pillow. Fast delivery and excellent customer service.
Answer: I have been on them about this since may.(ordered in April). No... I asked for a refund... can't have one, I only get excuses about shipping delays... it's bull!
Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
