It's amazing having such an online shop under the belt, because you know, it saves a lot of time, you don't need to wander around the mall shopping something. I have been hesitant to order from abroad as stuff goes. Missing and gets lost and can often be poor quality and nothing like the adverts and then inspire uplift just sounded different so I gave them a go and I'm glad I did 3 purchases made all 3 delivered and all quality and value for money they arrived separately and in very good time so I'll definitely buy from them again and I recommend you folks do too

The product was as advertised. Absolutely love it. Worked immediately after putting it on. Instructions were easy. Will definitely order again.
Only disappointed was in the delivery. Had placed the order 2 weeks before required date but did not receive delivery date. I had to chase up on order. Hopefully it can be improved as it was meant as a gift and the stipulated time of delivery was 7- 10 working days.
Overall experience - good
It was almost instantaneously or maybe the delivery was already on its way but I got my product the next day after contact.

Unique and interesting
I bought Russian vintage earring from Inspire Uplift. It reached my home one day before the delivery date and without any damage. I am so surprised by its excellent quality. 5 stars!
This website is a scam. I ordered something right before Xmas (a downloadable pdf) and the link to the pdf never worked. I wrote multiple emails and no one solved the problem. I never ended up getting the item I paid for or a refund. And had to buy somewhere else because it was a Xmas present.

Don't ever buy from this company. They never return your emails Bad customer service. I think it's a scam a rip off
I purchased boots which were my correct size, but were cheaply made and did not fit correctly. After waiting 5 weeks for the boots, after receiving them I immediately initiated a return. The seller return policy has a 14 day return window. But Inspire customer support deceptively claimed the seller did not do returns. They have given me this runaround for 3 weeks now with no customer satisfaction.
Company is horrible with giving refund and poor customer service! I waited two months only to find out my product was lost in transit.
After noticing in the tracking my product hadn't moved in weeks. I reached out to customer service. They told me product was on its way and they had no way of tracking it. Refunds were not available for products that were already shipped out. I checked in numerous times with customer service only to be given same response. Finally after almost two months demanding a refund they said product was lost in transit.
I asked again for a refund of my money and got back same generic response store refund or they will ship product again to me. Now my credit card company is involved. I don't need scripted text messages from customer service. Please take ownership and give me a actual refund. Beware of this company!
Terrible. I ordered an Ergonomic Hip Cushion Posture Corrector cushion on 11 June 2020 and it arrived 11 August, 2 months later in the US shipped from China! Don't order from Inspire Uplift if you're in a hurry to get it! Customer Service assured me it was coming, even though there was no sign of it on tracking from 30 Jun until about a day before it arrived. They refused to refund me since it was "on its way." I was glad I finally got the cushion... until I used it. I find it incredibly uncomfortable. I'm average height and slightly overweight, but it's literally numbing where I sit. I don't fit in it like the petite people in the pictures. I do not recommend this product or this company.

The worse. Ordered my grand kids Christmas gifts from these people on December 2nd. It still did not arrive today, December 20th and the kids leave tomorrow for a month out of the country and they should have taken their presents with them. How can anything take 18 days to be delivered when Amazon does it next day. Never ever again.
If you open the package you can't return it even if its the wrong thing that was sent. They are a scam company Waited a month I ordered Mila remover they sent fleck concentrate and then told me its the same thing it isn't and they won't accept a return because I opened the package it was shipped in. I ordered two products from them in Oct. 2019. Still not heard anytrhing from them (jan 2020) in spite of sending numerous emails and contacting the chat line several times. My request for a refund has been ignored, They have insulted me. I now wonder if they are still in business. No updated website, only computer generated email responses, no tracking updates, no apologies etc. If they are still in business why aren't they responding. If they are not in business, not many consumers will be surprised - least of all me. Please warn everybody about using this company. They will only lose their money if they order anything.

Didn't realize it's a Chinese company. Tracking info useless. Package supposedly 10 mins out for the last 4 days (regular week days). It's been 25+ days since the order was placed. I would never buy anything from them again!
I ordered a Jelly fish lamp. When I finally got it, it worked for one day then quit. I contacted the company and told them it quit working, Andy said a replacement was on its way. When I got the "replacement" it was 2 face shields, not what I ordered. I have been trying for months to get a refund, and they refuse to give it. I filed a dispute with my credit card company to credit the money back. Do not order anything from this company or you will more than likely have the same trouble I did. Save your money, the product isn't worth the trouble.

For the life of me I do NOT understand the Multi-Star Ratings for this company because my experience is NOT AT ALL good. Based on a Board from Pintrest, I decided to purchase a LED Flame Effect Light Bulb from Inspire Uplift. I placed my online order on May 5th, which was quickly charged to my Credit Card without any problem. Several days passed and I was then sent an "Order Tracking Number" with a note "This Product Is Ready To Ship'.
It's here when endless excuses, insincere apologies and failed promises to escalate the shipment of my order began. Days turned into weeks, which turned into a month and a half. No Shipment - No Delivery - No Refund. Fed Up with this lack of any so called Customer Service, I demanded a Full Refund. In an e-Mail, I was informed twice the refund was returned to my Credit Card but, alas, two weeks later, still no refund. I have filed complaints to the BBB and FTC. The BBB essentially gave up with no resolution. I make a point to tell anyone everyday My experience with Inspire Uplift does nothing to Inspire nor Uplift my opinion of this company.

I was skeptical about ordering from this website as I have never tried them before. I made an order for a Christmas present for my 7 yr old almost a month before the holiday. I received a refund notice I'm assuming because it could not actually be filled for whatever reason only a few days before Christmas...really! At this point I can't get it anywhere else on time. It was a "Santa" gift...so disappointing all around. Not the end of the world, my kids realize they will not get everything they want but it just made me mad because I could have worked around it if I had enough of a heads up.
On August 8th I ordered a simple product. A week or 2 later they sent me an email confirmation, with a link that goes nowhere. After 7 chats, 6 emails, and one telephone call, I cannot find where my product went or if it was even ordered.

Buyer Beware! I ordered from here after receiving a link from a family member of something she found she wanted for a family gift exchange. Order was place on 12/10/2019, as of the writing of this review, it has not only not arrived, but after NUMEROUS email, nobody can seem to tell me where it is or what carrier will be delivering it. I've asked twice for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded. I get a, "It's still on it's way" email reply. Christmas is over and I was forced to purchase an entirely different gift so they had something to open! This company is a straight up joke! Unbelievable!
