Inspire does it's best to not refund poor quality and shipping complaints. They do not provide free returns even though the product is defective. Imagine that you purchase a $60 item that does not work. It costs $10 to return. You just paid $10 for absolutely nothing.
I bought solar lights. One of the lights does not work. They want me to video a solar light that does not work. Think about it, I am suppose to take a video of black air. It's a light. It's night. You can't see anything because there isn't any light. Just send a replacement light to me.
Beware, this company took three months to get the item I ordered, and only shipped after my credit card company stepped in. My order should have arrived by mid May 2020, and it arrived mid July 2020. No one to talk to, you email and they say that you may not see the tracking but they can and your item is in transit. The agents blamed so much on the shipping issues. At one point they blamed events in June 2020 for the delay, how did events in June delay a package that should have arrived in May 2020? Ironically the package was shipped after I filed a complaint with my credit card company and the company reached out to request Inspire Uplift refund my money. When they got caught for fraud, then they sent the package. I will never do business with this company ever again!
I started shopping with them recently. I must say I have not had better service anywhere. The order went to them and shown back to me. It was on my Gmail every step of its journey, whatever I ordered, and arrived at my home on the date they said! You can't ask for better.
Frustrating. I did not receive notification when the order shipped and finally had to contact Customer Service. They responded very quickly to tell me that my order had already shipped and gave me a tracking number. The order stalled in a couple different locations before even reaching the USPS. The order made it here in time for Christmas but took almost a month - not the 10 days suggested.
I ordered some cute socks for my granddaughter on Dec. 5th. I am still waiting...
When I finally was able to track the package (problem with that also). I found out the package will be shipped from Korea on Dec. 22. Beware of this website!

I ordered 4 items, 3 of which are fine. Those that needed instructions came with instructions. Except for the Silk Mascara. There are two parts to this item an absolutely NO instructions on how to use them... does one get used first, and then the other? Do they get mixed together before use? I have no idea because there are no instructions and therefore the item is useless to me.
Ordered a cake slicer for my wife. Tracking numbers were being sent to me that do not exist. The online chat and customer service go back and forth in a circle. They refuse to give me my money back. It has been almost a month of waiting. They are blaming everything on the pandemic. I gave the review on another site and they blocked it. I have all of the emails with the order numbers and fake tracking numbers along with the chat transcript. They have terrible customer service and no one should ever do business with them.
Never EVER order from this company. It took 4 months to receive dishwashing gloves from China. I will never order anything from any company without an 800 # I can call and a promise of reasonable delivery time. 4 months is insane! It did not say out of stock or anything like that. Don't support this company. Buy your products elsewhere.

I placed an order on Dec. 13 for a Christmas gift. I'd seen the same thing on Amazon (product from China) for less, but thought, from the company name, and their location in the States, that I might get a quality product paying almost double. No such luck. They say 7-10 days. Nope. Received from China Jan. 6. Product didn't work. They sent an email asking for a review. Gave a negative one. Of course they didn't post it.
Contacted them about returning, but they said no because it was more than 25% off. I argued I only had a 10% discount, but their list price is 3x anyone else's price, which they then discount 40-50%. Took from Jan 9 until Jan 24 to finally get a store credit. It's now been a week and item still hasn't shipped (they say 1-3 days). I'd almost bet that these $40 scissors won't last long at all either.

I placed order on 4/24/2020 and have not received package. Horrible customer service. I've sent them many emails and get the exact same vague response each time "Thanks for reaching out, I'm happy to help! I just checked your tracking information and it shows that your package is definitely in transit."
First Trk# indicates package is Fremont, CA.
Then two weeks later they provide me with a different Trk# indicating shipment is being prepared in China.
I will never order from this company again.
My husband gifted this mermaid snuggle blanket on my birthday. It was one of the best gift ever. I totally loved it and its color. I do use it every night while reading books. It gives me cozy vibes and I love it so much. It is the only thing which I cannot share with anyone.

I've tried this tool on many occasions and I'm not getting the same results as Advertised. So I can't figure out really what it does but it just doesn't clean like shown. I've tried cleaning car seats, carpet, the rug in my home. I've used multiple cleaning. Solutions and I didn't get any results. It all still looks the same as before. Also you should mention that you will need a high output compressor I'm thinking somewhere around 8 to 10 CFMs. Most people don't have compressors that big. Sorry for this review but I'm being honest

As with most products from Korea and China, this one was a bust. There were no instructions for setting up the mask, maybe it was part of those symbols I cannot recognize, I could not determine how to insert the ports. When I sent an email requesting instructions, I received a snotty little reply stating "the instructions are in the box." BIG HELP! LoL

Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
