Flowers for my mom still haven't arrived. I ordered them 24 days ago.

My kids wanted to get their grandmother something special for Mother's Day. Their grandma is over 80 years old and all alone during COVID 19.

We are a low income family and sending this gift was a very big deal for us. We picked this company because the flowers were free delivery, but we didn't know that meant she would have to wait, weeks and weeks and weeks. Customer service won't give our money back, they say the flowers are still coming.

Misleading. As of this post, Grandma still hasn't received them.

Beware of this company. We will never use it again.

My whole family was hit with the virus and my seven year old is still in the hospital. He keeps asking if grandma likes the flowers.

Don't use this company to send flowers. Big disappointment.

By mistake, I ordered 2 mugs. I asked to cancel to cancel the second and they cancelled the first which was the wrong mug. $25 mug. Customer service would not exchange it or allow a return. They were rude, argumentative and unhelpful.

Product misrepresented and does not actually work as shown in their videos. Weeks of back and forth emails (which took 2 days to get responses to), with them offering too take it back, AT MY EXPENSE, and only for store credit. Not acceptable and their return policy does not state this. There are no other things I want from their store, therefore I don't want the credit. They are trying to tell me I have to pay to return it and I will only get partial credit - for a piece of junk? Not to worry, thank goodness for credit card companies' protection policies.

The item I ordered and paid for on 1/30 arrived today (3/16). It arrived intact and it does what it's supposed to do, so I'm upgrading my review from one star to two. I still will not be doing business with this company again. There was no communication regarding the shipping delay, and no response to any of my inquiries until after I left my original, negative review. I also found the same product on ebay for one-third the price, in the interim. Boy did that make me feel dumb! I am relieved the item eventually came and I wasn't outright robbed, but definitely not a fan of this company.

I have been hesitant to order from abroad as stuff goes. Missing and gets lost and can often be poor quality and nothing like the adverts and then inspire uplift just sounded different so I gave them a go and I'm glad I did 3 purchases made all 3 delivered and all quality and value for money they arrived separately and in very good time so I'll definitely buy from them again and I recommend you folks do too

Their advertised timeline is BS. I purchased an item on 11/30. Their website says up to 3 days handling and 7-10 business days for shipping. When it went well outside of this time frame I asked to cancel the order. They told me they couldn't. This happened several times. I was sent two different "tracking" streams - one had the item going through NY, the other GA. I don't believe either of these were legitimate. I received the item 1/2/21. Too late for Christmas. I requested to return it for a refund and they offered me a store credit, despite meeting the narrow terms for a refund advertised on their website. Bottom line: this is a Chinese company selling overpriced low quality merchandise, despite the US address the items ship from China and will not arrive anywhere near when they promise. They will do nothing to help you and will fight to not honor their own terms.

The item came damaged and not working. I forgot my password and have been trying to get logged back in for a couple days, however after pushing the forgot password button on the website - nothing happens and I receive no email. It is very frustrating and I am defiantly disappointed.

Conversion rate of currency to country of buyer should be identified for payment amount. My purchase ended up a lot more than I would have paid if the full cost to me was known. A currency conversion calculator should be available for use at checkout before committing to buy. If selling on world market, this should be a basic consideration.

Ordered 2 strands of fairy lights for $60 in early May. Received nothing waited a month they asked I wait longer. Waited until July asked for a refund. They said they don't do that but would send me a replacement "free of charge". Finally received 1 strand August 10th. I asked the fulfill the rest. They said they could not because they need package info which there was none.
So out $ 33 and the product was not worth 10.
Horrible experience! Horrible product, policy, transaction. Terrible! Definitely avoid.

I thought I would be getting 80% off the price but did not. Coupon codes are not clear. The instructions are very poor. Need better pictures and much better text description on how to put item together.

I've placed my order over a month ago and have never received the item. I have patiently waited and coordinated with their customer service to check status of delivery, unfortunately can only provide update 10 days after the item was sent out. I just requested to return my money and they refuse to do that. I believe that this company is no more than a scam and its sole intention is to defraud customer. Will definitely report to BBB.
