The pool took a very long time to arrive. I would have the paid extra cost from another company had I known it would take so long. The pool is also much smaller than it appears to be in the pictures. We "might" be able to use it for 1-2 more weeks before it's too small. Disappointing.
This company has shown me terrible customer service. My order has been out for over a month and the only thing I hear from customer service is "It is in transit". I have asked to have a delivery date, a refund or another item shipped to me all with no satisfaction.
This was a gift and it did not get here in time. If this is not resolved I will never order from here again.
Imagine throwing money in the toilet, then flushing.
I never received my purchase, reached out to customer service 3 times, got a response of "We're on it". I then requested a refund, they went silent.

I have been writing asking where my product is. They finally locked me out of the account and sent email stating it was delivered... i asked Where? Nothing. No response just the general thank you for writing, we will get back to you as soon as possible. I realize covid 19 is delaying shipment. But i thought i was buying for US company. It shipped from China and says Los Angeles delivery. That is it. Not my address not anything that relates to my area. I live in the county not the city of LA. Where is my order.
I will never use this lame excuse for a company again.
I ordered some gifts for Christmas back in early December and they finally arrived today 2 January which is great for next Christmas but a complete stuff up for the Christmas just gone.
This is more than likely a drop shipper taking orders online and passing them onto China.
I will bypass the middleman next time and just go to Alibaba or AliExpress.
One other thing.
The item that I ordered arrived without any instructions at all so now I have to try and work out how it works and if I happen to cause harm to myself due to the absence of instructions I will be suing this bunch of amateurs for their lack of due care.
If there's one thing that's come out of this farce, it's that I can now offer my advice to others who may be thinking of buying products through Inspire Uplift.
My advice is DON'T.
The ONLY thing inspiring or uplifting about this company is their name and for that they should be charged with false advertising.

Do not buy from this company. I placed an order 7 weeks ago and STILL have not received it. I've sent numerous messages only to be assured that it was "in transit". I asked for a refund but only got the promised yet AGAIN that it was "in transit". Do yourself a favor and order from a different company if you actually want what you are buying.
Received ball grinder, next purchased a grinder attached the ball and turned it on.To my surprise the ball vibrated out of control. I compare the vibration to a drill bit when tighten out of sync. Next took it to a welder whom attached it to his new grinder which he experienced the same result. He felt the ball was poorly made thus out of balance. To say the least I will not order anything else from this company.
Disappointed New Customer
I ordered this product because the description sounded like a welcome relief to the arthritis I live with in my neck. I was surprised to see the product, having been led to believe that it was 2 tennis balls and 2 plastic handles. The project is not as flexible as described and has very few options when trying to massage the sore parts of my neck. After using it I experienced headaches and new pains in my neck and shoulders. I wish I had never purchased this product because it is useless to me.
I ordered the microblading eyebrow pen. It is a terrible product and falsely advertised. I could color my eyebrows in easier with a magic marker. The advertisement showed it easily putting fine lines into your eyebrows making them look fuller. There are no fine lines, it is just a big bur of ink when you can get it to put anything on. There is nothing good about this product.

I made my order in early April, and till now, after more than 50 days, I did not receive it and they stopped to reply to my claims and emails. Terrible service and terrible experience. They are not willing to return my money back as well.

I've tried everything to make the jellyfish keep swimming & all they do is either stay at the top or stay on the bottom. I tried bottled water & filtered water. I added dish soap like it said in the instructions. I even went online to see what other people have suggested to make them swim better & tried them all but they never stayed swimming very long at all. If they stayed swimming, it would be a great gift, but I wouldn't recommend it as mine aren't swimming well at all. Also, they only give you 2 weeks to return something when most places give you 30+ days after receiving it.
I need to return this bra. It is not at all satisfactory. The "padding " on one side sticks out and almost appears as if it were a piece of cardboard! Not at all flattering. This simply does not work on my body. I am waiting for instructions about how to return it. I was really hoping this would be the bra for me but just is not.

Terrible. I ordered an Ergonomic Hip Cushion Posture Corrector cushion on 11 June 2020 and it arrived 11 August, 2 months later in the US shipped from China! Don't order from Inspire Uplift if you're in a hurry to get it! Customer Service assured me it was coming, even though there was no sign of it on tracking from 30 Jun until about a day before it arrived. They refused to refund me since it was "on its way." I was glad I finally got the cushion... until I used it. I find it incredibly uncomfortable. I'm average height and slightly overweight, but it's literally numbing where I sit. I don't fit in it like the petite people in the pictures. I do not recommend this product or this company.

Shopping is great but shipping is sooooo slow! No option for fast shipping is not good. It it not aceptable

Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
Answer: The company may have a Florida address, however products are often shipped from outside the US. This was the case with my order, so if you're looking for a reputable company that sells American made products, you should avoid this company.
