My husband ordered me two pairs of socks for Christmas this year. He spent $50 total ($25 each). This is an extremely high price to pay for socks, so we expected them to last awhile. However, less than 3 weeks after wearing them, they are now unusable. They have huge holes on the bottom and have ripped and torn. I never have worn them outside, I'm careful with them and never put them in the dryer. They were only used inside, and now they are completely garbage and unusable. My husband reached out to customer service to try and get a refund or replacements, and they blew him off and told him "our socks don't get destroyed after normal use. My socks are proof that they do! Never trust this website, and save yourself some headache and money and don't order from them. Scammers.
I ordered a Christmas sweater dress on 11/28 and it never arrived. This company has zero customer service, if you have a problem like I did all you get is a bunch of automated answer bots. The good reviews on this site are fake and appear to be written by the same person, probably their own staff. I still could not get resolution on my missing order, their tracking shows it was never delivered and was returned to the company. But no one will answer my emails to their customer service, I just keep getting the same emails over and over that say "we will be back to you within one business day" (which is a total lie) or "your order is on its way") No, its not, it was refused by the shipper and is on its way back to China based on your own tracking. This company is a lying cheating scam of a business, I don't know how any legitimate site can host its ads or products. Please stay away for your own good.
I placed my order and did not receive it by the date promised. Seller ignored my messages and company says it is out of their hands until seller responds to THEM. All of this despite them verifying they can see the seller has never even touched my order. They refuse to cancel it and refund my money, and every customer service person is clueless and acts like they can't do anything and the only people who cam only operate by email. Honestly some of the worst customer service I've ever received, I would never trust them with my money again.
A few glitches trying to order (from my iPhone). Previously been disappointed with slow response from inspire uplift, immediately contacting after noticing an error in an order and asking for a correction no response for days then after several days the response that the order was processed. Long delay before shipment was actually processed. Also text messages of progress of shipment are totally useless & come from many text source #'s; what's with that? To answer following yes or no question about "being satisfied" questions, don't have "timed out" responses or possibly "canned" generic responses. We are actually REAL customers.

The rose flower lamp looks even more beautiful in real than in the picture. My mother totally loved it as she is very much fond of roses. The only issue i have with this company is the delivery time. It took so long around 20 days. It is a unique product.
I ordered two "messy buns". One was a good color match but the other one I ordered for daughter was nowhere near what the photo showed. I also have ordered these hair pieces from other companies and they had extension on them that helped tie the buns on to my hair etc. Your products do not have that at all and I find that it falls off my head all the time unless I use many hair pins which I don't like to do as they show up too much on my hair. I would like to at least return one hair piece that is so not the right color.

Inspireuplift is a great online business website where you can place lots of orders easily. Items such as; home, garden & tools items, Beauty & wellness products, clothing & store items and jewelry & accessories items with easy to use cart. No stress when placing an order.
I purchased boots which were my correct size, but were cheaply made and did not fit correctly. After waiting 5 weeks for the boots, after receiving them I immediately initiated a return. The seller return policy has a 14 day return window. But Inspire customer support deceptively claimed the seller did not do returns. They have given me this runaround for 3 weeks now with no customer satisfaction.
Purchase from 'Breck Store' on Inspire Uplift. Spent over $50USD on digital files. Was sent empty files initially and then sent files so BADLY copied they were unusable. Took a month to get a refund back from opening a Paypal case because both the seller and Inspire Uplift failed to fulfil their policies. "Breck Store' also used listing images stolen from stores on Etsy. Very poor form.
I bought foot massage mat from Inspire Uplift. The mat I got did not work - did not produce any electrical impulses. Contacted customer service for return/refund, they asked to send video. Obviously it is not possible to show on video the absence of impulses. And then they refused to refund. Found a lot of reviews on internet that this product does not work. Highly discourage you from buying this mat. They sell you broken items and refuse to return you money. Even more, they block any negative reviews on their web site.
I ordered a product two months ago. I cannot get anything beyond an automated reply that says my item is in transit. Their version of Transit is a label has been generated. There has been no movement on an actual product. The phone number is just an answering machine that says to email. I have been asking for my money back in at least the last five emails. I will never work with this company again.

The website for Inspire Uplift lists a Miami address, but don't be fooled into thinking your package is sent from there. My order was mailed from China using regular post with no option to upgrade to faster shipping options. I ordered weeks ago and have received nothing yet, except a tracking number and excuses. The company has dozens of complaints against them in one year with the Better Business Bureau! Stick with tried & true suppliers like Amazon or eBay.

Fraudulent company in China! Disappeared and closed down website on 12. 27. 19! Four weeks later popped up in a different web domain. They will steal your money and not respond to anything - no email, phone, online chat responses... nothing. They say "Satisfaction Guarantee" which is a LIE. They did not send half of my order- the other half came marked as "Damaged upon Arrival" at the local post office because they sent lights without any packaging material - all broken lights! No response from company for 6 weeks. Was forced to dispute through credit card AND will pursue through Better Business Bureau. Be warned: They just opened a NEW website on 12. 28. 19 that has a totally different disclaimer page and tries to tell consumers that they agree to have no recourse should they be unhappy with their orders! It is a ridiculous disclaimer page stating you give up all your rights when you buy from them. DON'T Buy from them. SAVE yourself time, energy and money. They are criminal

Purchased 2 items and still havent received them after waiting for over 3 weeks. Missed valentines day and my anniversary and when I tried to contact them, there was no answer on the phone and they took days to email me back. I have been waiting almost 4 months to receive my item they supposedly had in stock & I should have received 10-14 business days after I ordered it. The worst part is that there is no contact number to speak with somebody. Only email or live chat which in my experience has been a bunch of automated responses & lies. I've gotten an array of different excuses as to why I never received my item. From its on its way or its lost in transit or covid-19 has affected our shipping partners or sorry ill escalate this issue or fake tracking # or its at usps... then that list repeats itself! On its way, lost, covid, shipping partners. Over & over. Yet still no refund, product, or contact number. I don't know how this company can have so many positive reviews when they treat their customers as they have treated me.
I ordered an item 2 months ago. Contacted them several times over the past 4 weeks with the same answer. Shipping is delayed Due to the pandemic. Considering I have done regular online purchases and only had 1 slight delay I say there are other issues here. They also refuse to refund money as they say the item is in transit. My tracking number says it hasn't been picked up yet. BUYERS BEWARE. Stay away unless you want to have them take your money and possibly never get your item
Took awhile to get but they are super warm and cute! Everything was what I expected, happy with my order. Love the selection of products, a lot of unique gifts and cool things I haven't seen elsewhere.

Answer: I have been on them about this since may.(ordered in April). No... I asked for a refund... can't have one, I only get excuses about shipping delays... it's bull!
Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
