Ordered a Microblading eyebrow pen on May 13,2018. After many emails to Inspire Uplift, I still have not received the pen. (July 11,2018) This is a company that does business out of China and obviously does not take responsibility for the order. I would never again purchase from Inspire Uplift.
It was a god awful experience. The inspire uplight crew did not put my order on hold. They made me continue my purchase when I did not want it continued. Took my money. They will not do returns whatsoever. DO NOT BUY FROM HORN AND MASKS SHOP!

Beautiful bag! The size is perfect and nicely made, for my phone, and other few accessories. And the embroidery on the front is very pretty with vibrant colors which matches most of my outfits. Happy customer!

Tried on three different occasions to reach someone and no one contacted me. My daughter finally chatted with someone and was told to late to change address. Hence

Customer service is only provided by live chat. The emails in their customer support appear to come from bots. I placed my order May 21, as of June 6 the order has not left the origination site. All I in response is a reiteration of my tracking information, that confirms the lack of movement of my product, and the COVID-19 excuse. I have received many many packages since May 21, so why not from this company? My oder is due to a need based on COVID-19, so I had to order from somewhere else. I will return and get a refund if the product ever appears. I am very sick of emails from "Ian" and "Emma B". They need to work on their customer service.
This place is TERRIBLE, please don't waste your time. Customer service is awful via chat and email and the phone as well. They just tell you to email them about issues with their products and don't resolve ANYTHING. I tried to return something that doesn't work right and doesn't fit and is very uncomfortable and they denied it saying that the package has been opened therefore you can't return it. It's brand new and I only tried it on once. Terrible company.
Don't try to become a seller at Inspire Uplift. Your earnings can never be withdrawn.

6 weeks ago I placed an order with them. 3 days later I received a text "Your order is processed! And is on it's way, here is your tracking number." Yay! Moving along wonderfully! Fast forward 4 weeks, no product, no additional tracking information available. I kept checking the tracking, NOTHING. Tried their customer service - it doesn't really exist. No one to TALK with, just email or IM. And when I did "speak" with someone over IM, they couldn't do anything, they had to put in a ticket. Now, 6 weeks later, still no item, they wouldn't refund my money, and I filed a fraud claim for lack of deliverance of product. I got my money back from VISA. It was the only way to get resolution. STAY AWAY - this is not a reputable company.
I have requested a return/refund 3 times and just keep getting idiot robotic survey responses! Some very interesting things here! I am planning to give uplift/inspirt very bad reviews on Facebook and yelp + report you to the BBB!

Ordering is pretty easy, paying is standard. I haven't received the item yet. The only peeve I have is using the discount code it stated Up to 60% off, but when I entered the code it only took a little over $2 off. The "up to 60% off must be if you buy a 55-gal drum of foot cleaners. I'm really anxious to get it for one of my Shih Tzu's. He thinks he's Indiana Jones!
Easy and quick shopping. Thanks! But I must add that the delivery was terribly slow. This was a Christmas gift, and the company seemed to be located within the United States, so I figured there was a good chance to get the item in time. The actual location from which the item was shipped is China, so I did not receive the item until after Christmas. This discrepancy between the supposed location of the company and its actual location is not noted in any obvious place on the website or in the confirmation emails. Very disappointing.
I was surprised how small the lighted butterflies and solar pineapple were. Just expected them to be larger. If the dimensions were listed in the "ad", then I missed them and it's my fault. But for the price, thought they would be larger.
I ordered the Husband and Wife mug. I was sent a small, plain black mug. I want and deserve a complete refund. But, I'm sure I won't get one. This is the second review the other one is with a picture. I'm sure it won't be seen, but I can only hope.

I thought it was being shipped from Florida since the address on their website is a Florida address. I find out it's coming from China. Ordered two items on May 13th and one came at the end of June and the other item has still not arrived. I paid nearly $60 for two items. Do not buy from here.
I purchased a wearable IR neck massager HX-5880 for $29.97. It came yesterday August 1, mailed from China. ( I did not know this) It does NOT work! I put proper type (new) batteries in, turned switch to "on" and nothing. Tried another set of new batteries, still nothing. Instructions say if unit will not come on check batteries are put in properly. I KNOW HOW TO PUT BATTERIES IN! It does not work! If your 100% satisfaction guarantee is true, send me what I ordered only one that works or refund my money! Inspire Uplift response to me was. " We are deeply sorry for your negative experience. We want to make it right by offering you $10.00 off your next order of $30.00 or more" What! I already spent $29.97 and recieved a broken item. I would like a refund!
I order an item on Dec 11th it is now the 29th and still no item. Not only did I miss Christmas but also New Year. This is totally unacceptable. Everything else I ordered from other companies arrived on time. Never again.
Easy shopping. I received my items yesterday. They arrived just in time cause it's cold outside and I have no heat in my vehicle. I ordered these items to keep me warm and to defrost my windows for the winter.

Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
Answer: The company may have a Florida address, however products are often shipped from outside the US. This was the case with my order, so if you're looking for a reputable company that sells American made products, you should avoid this company.
