I ordered my product in April and it now July and no product, no refund! They just keep saying that because of COVID orders are running behind. When I track it, it shows it has not left China yet. Obviously, the package has been lost in transit, NOT just running late. I have requested a refund 4 times and just get the runaround. NEVER order from this company!

It started perfectly. I love it! My girlfriend buried the same from elsewhere and got it for $15. But besides the higher price, I'm very happy!
My son loves playing guitar. He spends most of his free time with playing guitars and learning new tricks and songs. He was very happy and he really likes the guitar handle on the mug. Thank you Inspire uplift for such a nice product. I recently on his 19th birthday gifted this guitar mug.
Ordering was a breeze. Delivery was average. However, I'm worried about the purchases because of the way they were boxed and shipped. Instead of boxing the flimsy boxes the lights came in, they were just shoved in a plastic envelope, no padding, nothing. The boxes, which I hoped to wrap as gifts, are torn, crumpled and look awful. I'm just hoping the lights weren't damaged.

Had I known that the product was coming / shipping from China I would have never ordered! Not coming from CA... I feel totally duped by this company. Who knows when or if it will arrive! Will never order from this company again!

I'm so excited to have this multifunctional travel makeup pen. It's so handy. It also has a lip liner and an eye liner in it. Love it! It's very soft to the touch and creamy. Absolutely recommend this to all my friends and relatives.
It would be a lot easier and quicker if you site went back to the last place you clicked on instead of back to the beginning of the catalogue. It is annoying have to scroll from the top to continue looking at your products.
Hello, I purchased a fitness ring on May 3,2020. I received an email on May 10 saying the fitness ring had been shipped. It is now July 1 - almost 8 weeks- and I still have not received the product. I have contacted customer service twice and I only received an email saying the product was in transit. I expected shipping delays due to covid, but this is ridiculous. I asked for my money to be returned and never received a response.

My 21 month old toddler grandson is having a lot of fun with it too! Really glad we let him discover it on his own, he's really into it! I purchased a recliner chair cover. Delivery took a while but that's the way it is today. I tried the cover on the chair. The elastic is not in an appropriate location to hold the cover on the chair. I asked to return it and was told that since the packaging was opened, it was not returnable. How on earth could you verify if the product would work without opening the package. The size is correct but the elastic placement is absurd. Customer service is inadequate as well. No one seemed to understand the problem and only referred to package having been opened. Absurd!
You all use the Gildan brand T's, which experience has proven this brand will pill after several washes. I prefer to use the Bella Canvas brand for my T's. As far as the price is concerned, this shirt cost maybe $6-$7 to have printed up, while you all charge $25. What gives? These shouldn't be more than $19.95. It is nice that you cover the tax and shipping.

Do not purchase from this company you will never get your product. I ordered from them in June and still have not received my purchase. They just took my money and never sent me the product and still won't give me a refund!
Glad to find these hard to find items. I wanted to see if they would work and they not. The glue would not hold in place and the whole thing kept sliding down. So, now I know. They might work fine for some else with smaller breasts.

Waiting for two months, contacted them like 4 times now. They finally said my package was lost and they would reship. I waiting like 2 weeks for them to reship. Emailed again and no response. I lost my money, beware of this company. I won't order again.
I am in love with this cute little bird feeder box. It is well made and a great idea. I have purchased 2 and have fitted them in the front balcony of my house. I love the watching the birds eating. I feel happy and I am glad I purchased this product.

Answer: I have been on them about this since may.(ordered in April). No... I asked for a refund... can't have one, I only get excuses about shipping delays... it's bull!
Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
