I am a long time customer of Inspire and I am very satisfied with every order I have ever made. And if there is ever a problem with an order they make every effort to correct it so the customer is satisfied, and the delivery time is in a timely manner.
Beware, items aren't usually in stock they have to be ordered from China. Customer service could not even give an estimate of when my items would arrive (20 days). Prices are not good, Amazon would have been cheaper and faster. This site was advertising a big sale and I thought I would take a chance. Big mistake. I will not be ordering from InspireUplift again.

I ordered two of the same product, but I have only received one of them, and now you want me to rate my experience when my order isn't complete. I would have thought you could have package both of them together for shipment. I have to wait for the second one in order to use the first. That's my experience!

After 3 months waiting, they sent my package to another address. I went to the post office as they asked and the post office gave me a print out of where it went-in another state. Every time I contact them for a refund, they keep just robostating that delivery was attempted and won't listen that it wasn't attempted at my address. I wish I could rate them as a zero.
Have ordered item for Xmas, which arrived 12/31 which is more than 7/10 shipping day. Have returned item unpack on 12/31 even with tracking no. From USPS. To date 1/10/2020 still no refund. Tried contacting, to no avail. Bad business policy. No RMA, have to return mail by my own.

I received my Nov 6 shipment today. I am happy to see it arrive, and I am also pleased that when I reported that my shipment had not arrived, a company representative tracked it and replied to me with an update on the package. I like to know that I have support when I am ordering on line; I have had the experience of ordering and never seeing the items or my money. I have ordered on line and found that the size was wrong. I sent the product back, at my own expense, and once again, I did not receive the item in a new size nor did I get my money back. I am very leary about shopping on line, so this was a positive experience.

Never received since over a month, have written them and only get an automatic response "thanks for the great review" I didn't leave them a great review. I will never order again and will have to report them to my bank.
I ordered many things from them and all have been what I expected. Fast delivery, and even with the one problem with one order, they were very fast in resolving the issue. I've been very happy with everything ordered and am still ordering.

Every time I've ordered from this website, everything has come within the time frame it said it would. I think a lot of folks complaining did not check shipping times where it said it would take x number of days before it would ship and then x days to ship.

I love this casual floral dress! It feels super soft and the pattern of this dress is so pretty I look so beautiful with this dress on. The stitching is also very nice and neat. The dress itself is very comfortable and breathable. Would definitely recommend!

Don't buy from this company,I got a embroidery desigin that had bad or no stitches at all, now I have a shirt I have to replace,if not for the 3 place that did not stitch out it would have been a very nice design' so now am the price of th shirt and the design,$ 20.00 shirt and 5.00 for the design.ORDER #*******
I've placed an order on 2nd March and reached out to the customer service as I haven't received the order after the estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 business days.
The reply by "Amy"was supportive and came the next day (I knew why within the next days: automatically generated). I received a tracking link, indicating my parcel has been delivered - but: I didn't receive the package nor any note from the post shop. Since then, I have contacted the customer service, sent multiple emails... leading to the same result as of day 1: Pls find the tracking link below.
At no time, I was never offered a refund, or re-delivery of the goods (common business procedure for lost items if you'd ask me).
Summary: This purchase was a BIG MISTAKE, this customer service is a FAILURE itself.
My most favorite online shopping store. I do most of my shopping with them. The service is great. No problem so far, except that the size of one piece of clothing is too small. It is my mistake in selecting the size.

Friendly staff, interesting products. I do think they are way overpriced but some of them are unique. I don't think the shipping is really free, it is built into the cost of the item, but it is good marketing technique.
Christmas is coming. This company will jerk you around. I ordered a medium. They sent a medium. It didn't fit. I wanted to exchange the item…the company wouldn't allow return because they say the sent the correct size. It still doesn't fit…but they feel they've done their part. Horrible service. Purchase from another company
A few things to know. There is no working 800#. Their live chat is only geared toward new purchases. I had a return. Returns are handled by sending an email. The response of both emails occurred at 11:32pm and 12:28 am. The rep from the company (Carly) was argumentative and seemed to be more concerned about being right than taking care of my issue. I ordered a pair medium women leggings. I wear a medium. They sent a medium, but it fits much more like a small. It does not fit me. I asked if I would get a refund upon returning item. A yes or no question. Carly, in what seemed to be a snarky tone, told me via email to review their return policy. I'm to be more vigilant about making sure I choose the right size. So, I guess Its my fault this doesn't fit me. This ordeal has fully turned me off from wanting to conduct further business with them I have retured item to mailing address in FL. I will update post after I receive word about whether they simply return my money like I've requested, or if they continue to offer horrible customer service.
I ordered the big elephant for my grand baby for easter. The elephant still has NOT arrived and tracking states it is still in china! Twice now I have inquired and both times tracking says its still in china! I will NEVER order from this company again!

Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
Answer: The company may have a Florida address, however products are often shipped from outside the US. This was the case with my order, so if you're looking for a reputable company that sells American made products, you should avoid this company.
