I never received my package and when I contacted them about it, they told me that they couldn't help me and to contact the shipping company which is out of China. So needless to say I'll never order from them again.
I have found Inspire Uplift to be a wonderful company to deal with. Very easy to communicate with. Their help to me upon the passing of my little dog was 2nd to none.
I totally recommend Inspire Uplift to everyone. You will certainly not be disappointed... far from it.

The shipping took a longer time as I saw it was coming from China, that is understandable. It should not say 7-10 days for shipping when it was a little longer. I placed the order on Sept. 7th, waiting for the 3 day processing. It came on Sept. 26. The website can say that shipping can vary or takes a little longer. I hope there isn't a lot of customers who are mad at the shipping. Other than the product does what it says/shows.
The delivery was somewhat prolonged, and when I received the product, I was disappointed. The size was not as large as it needed to be to fit a normal desk chair. I needed it for long sessions at the computer or sewing machine. It needed constant readjustment to stay in place.
The site is designed to make you think you are ordering quality products, but be aware all the items are actually shipped from China (so make sure to search the product first because you will see the significant price difference) -- I have cancelled my order the moment it was ordered, but they ignored and shipped the item but I never received it for more than 3 weeks, finally I had to inform Paypal and they resolved it by full refund. Inspire Uplift wasn't helpful, don't be fool by their replies here assuring the customer for any matters resolve, simply they don't care.

I ordered a desk over a month ago and received an email last week that it was delivered. It was not delivered and it was signed in Chinese. I tried to call about it and was not able to speak to a representative. I tried live chat and got the runaround. I sent several emails and was told that I would hear something regarding my issue in a day. Instead of working to resolve the issue, I received emails asking me to rate my experience. I would have to say it's the worst. I have never been so frustrated with a company and how they handled themselves. They had no problem taking my money. I would steer clear!
Ordered two incense burners, ceramic, different colors. One is a lot nicer finish than the other. The one, the brown one, has seams showing in the finish and the finish is not nearly as nice as the blue one. Some of the incense cones were broken.
If i try to track it my delivery status says it was in Capetown on the 18th of July. Suddenly it changed to the 5th of August in Capetown. Their tel.nr does not exist. Their address is an open parking lot. So what myst i do?
These 3D Butterfly wall lights are beautiful and are very well crafted product. But I didn't liked the fact that it took around 15 days to get delivered. That's a very long time and that is why I am giving this company 3 stars. I really liked the design and the fact that it sticks very fastly.
I ordered two products from them in Oct. 2019. Still not heard anytrhing from them (jan 2020) in spite of sending numerous emails and contacting the chat line several times. My request for a refund has been ignored, They have insulted me. I now wonder if they are still in business. No updated website, only computer generated email responses, no tracking updates, no apologies etc. If they are still in business why aren't they responding. If they are not in business, not many consumers will be surprised - least of all me. Please warn everybody about using this company. They will only lose their money if they order anything.

The Bottle doggy water bottle is a very useful and convenient product. We do travel a lot and takes our little baby Boo with us. At that time this bottle helps me alot and he drinks very comfortably and easily.
I think another fabric would be a good idea for some of these as people with heavy legs would enjoy them but these, even tho they stretch, just wouldn't quite fill the bill. I have another person to give then to and she will love them. Its a great idea and a very fun gift. Thank you for the quality of mdse, and all the rest..

Website is too insensitive to touch. Took forever to get curser to highlight & type or select every single time I needed to move between fields. Needs work so its less time consuming & frustrating to use.

I wrote them the first appeal on the 11th - a fraudster from Russia is working on their site. They cheats dozens of people. I provided all the evidence and said that if anything else is needed - write to me and I will supplement the information that I have - BUT they do not respond, I write to the chat every day - but they do not respond to anything by mail
DO NOT SHOP HERE! I would leave a 0 star if I could. It's been over 2 months since I ordered the item and it still hasn't been delivered. The team refuses to give a refund, they continually direct you to "the only means of communication" which is a general support email address. Their phone number is just a voicemail box. Their live chat only helps with presales.
They claim to be based in Miami but all employees on LinkedIn are in Pakistan.
Take a look at BBB reviews prior to placing an order. Inspire acknowledges that they cannot trace my order placed a month ago but refuse to issue refund. Their posted address is a post office box in a UPS store in a strip mall in Florida. SCAM.
I have never received an item I have ordered. I have contacted customer services more than a dozen times. All replays from them a auto-messages. Regardless what you say in your message they only apologize for the delays and say that your package is on the way, but do not provide any days or delivery estimation. I tried t cancel mu order with them, but they refused to answer. I tried to escalate my case, but never was able to reach a human being or get any personal response. It is all automatic replays. I have disputed my purchase with my CC and field a complain against Inspired with BBB. Do not buy anything from them.
Ordered on 18 Sept 2019. Received on 22 Oct 2019, 5 weeks after order. Tracking link was useless as it was all in Chinese. Followed up with queries twice, both times support said on its way and attached link to tracking. Links brought up company boilerplate information but actual relevant content was not visible. Instead, webpage just sat there with the constant wait while refresh, with circle spinning in middle of screen. I let first one go for over 30 minutes with no data resolution. The 2nd one I shut down after 5 minutes.

Quick, efficient, hassle-free. I enjoyed it.
On 12/9/17, I ordered a beanie cap from this company through a facebook add. They immediately charged my card. I emalied them for info on delivery status multiple times with no reply. After over a month waiting on merchandise, I called my credit card company to dispute payment. They called Inspire Uplift telephone number and customer service rep said answering machine picked up that sounded like cellphone. After all this, I got a tracking number that directed me to China Post and then to United States with no updates since January 5,2018. So I'm not sure what's going on with my order. BBB has about 60 complaints online.
Update... I received the beanie on January 22,2018.

Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
Answer: The company may have a Florida address, however products are often shipped from outside the US. This was the case with my order, so if you're looking for a reputable company that sells American made products, you should avoid this company.
