Horrible experience with this business on a 1st purchase as well – product still not arrived. Over a month ago I placed an order for a thermal neck brace.
After repeatedly reaching out on numerous occasions to find out where my product was and to receive valid tracking details, the business mistakenly (more than once) said my item was lost in transit, then reply back saying it's been located. The tracking details were not valid most of the time, finally when my tracking was adjusted… again the postal service confirmed they never received any items from the vendor in order to commence delivery.
Further, I have tried calling, online chat, emails, etc over this past month to lest request a refund if my item was indeed lost (as they claimed). All my refund requests were ignored. Further, their online chat has a tendency of ignoring my messages and in email correspondence my name is referred to incorrectly frequently.
At this point it seems like I have lost my money and will never see my item. Horrible experience.
The shipping is relatively slow; but, my purchases have always been worth the wait. This is a very cool company. I am hooked and look forward to their email notices.
DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a computer stand for my son for Christmas on 12/8. After numerous emails back and forth with customer service, the item arrived the third week of January. As if that was not bad enough, the stand was very cheaply made and definitely not worth the money I paid. I contacted customer service and made arrangements to return the item. The item was confirmed returned on 01/16. But I never received my refund so I emailed customer service AGAIN. Only after the item had been returned, did they choose to tell me that I an not entitled to a refund - only store credit. Their website says that they stand behind the quality of their product. Guess not. So now, I am out $60 and had to go buy a different computer stand for my son. Lesson learned. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
Oredered and was charged immediately. Never received product after a month and a half. Sent two emails a week apart and never received a response. Called toll free number, which tells you to email them. I left a message and no response a week and a half later.

I ordered a facial mask and they sent me something cheap and totally different. They keep giving me the run around and show no interest in helping me get my money back. Total scam. Best to avoid.
I ordered an APPLE corer, slicer, peeler. I received a POTATO slicer! I notified Inspireuplift and sent photos of the packaging and of the potato slicer and box. Still didn't get the issue resolved. But they did thank me for bringing it to their attention.
I ordered mechandise whic arrived 2 1/2 months late and was not the item I ordered. What was in the package was unwearable and smelled awful.
Thier so-called "customer service" has dragged me through teh run-around and insisted thatI pay postage for the item to be returned or take one of their cheap pieces of merchandise in trade.
They are an unethical, loosley run company with only teh most shallow "customer service".
I placed my order on May 5th, it still hasn't shipped. When I contact them I get the same reply giving me a tracking number but when checking it the result is always the same:

Contacted the live chat wasted 40 minutes to be told the same thing but this time they claimed another shipping company had the package. The tracking info is exactly the same. Waiting in Inglewood California to be picked up.

This is my first time shopping this site. Delivery time was cutting it close, and I had to warp quickly for a gift, hence why the middle star seemed appropriate at the moment.

I bought a mobile phone vehicle mount for my phone. The product didn't work as they promised in advertisement, and showed in photos. It won't stay stick and will fall down within couple of minutes of installing. When I reported that fault, they asked me "video" of the instead of photos. The video was large and couldn't get through email. I tried several software to compact it but couldn't. I contacted again and they won't accept photos. I contacted them third time, they promised me store credit, which NEVER HAPPENED. THAT'S DECEIVING. THEY INTENTIONALLY ASK FOR VIDEO KNOWING THAT PEOPLE WONT BE ABLE TO EMAIL THEM.
DONT BUY FROM THIS GROUP.
This would have to be the worst company I have ever brought from. My items have not arrived as they are still sitting in China. I have continually told them this and I get the same automated reply. I called China and yes it's still there and Inspire Uplift want me to rate a product knowing full well that I DO NOT HAVE! I AM so tired of being ripped off by companies like this. When I requested a refund I got the same B/S they have said since I asked why is my item in China especially since it was supposed to be coming from Japan. I want my REFUND. I also don't think any of them can read. Repeated questions continue to get automated responses. How the F### can I write a review on something I don't have. Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
Answer: The company may have a Florida address, however products are often shipped from outside the US. This was the case with my order, so if you're looking for a reputable company that sells American made products, you should avoid this company.
