After almost a month of waiting to recieve my product, it still is no where to be found. Their shipping partner, Pitney bowes has horrible reviews and unfortunately my product fell into their hands and USPS never received my item. Inspire Uplift had completely ignored my requests for a refund or to reship my package to make it right. STAY AWAY!

I recently ordered an in-stock item from this site which they later canceled the order. When they refunded me they didn't refund me the entire amount. This garbage site is unreliable, untrustworthy and will rip you off.
Do not order from them!
I ordered one small item on May 5th and received a notice that they shipped in on May 12th. It is now June 19th and I have not received my item, nor did I receive a refund that i requested. You cannot call this company. I have sent many emails regarding the item I never received/refund and all I have ever received in return are auto-replies. This is a SCAM! I believe all the good reviews you see here were all written by the company itself. Unless you have money to lose, stay far away from this company.
At last the beach mat arrived. I was vey concerned since I ordered it in the middle of August. It came today Sept10th. After reading very negative reviews I thought Inspire Uplift may have "been a scam". HOWEVER, after communicating with Corey at customer service, he was helpful and aided me in tracking it
I would give 5 stars, but the shipping and tracking was very slow. I am very likely to order again from Inspire Uplift, now I understand to give about a month for delivery.

I order something - forgot to apply coupon... called customer service and was instructed to cancel the order and reorder it and apply the coupon. But of course canceling wasn't simple and by the time anyone responded to my emails to cancel the order they said they couldn't because the order was being ready to ship. Customer service rep said to send it back once we got - making it sound as easy as amazon - HA!
O sorry but you have to pay to ship it back and o yeah we'll only give you store credit...
And of course I had already re ordered the stupid thing again
So now I had 2 coming... so long story short I sent back the 1st order and the coupon code that saved me $20 bucks was now used to ship the 1st order back.
Now I got store credit... yeah!
Never shopping here again... not sure how these people can even exist with other vendors out there that are so easy to work with.
I want to cancel an order I placed in December that I haven't received yet. They refuse the cancellation and I was not connected to someone higher up than the chat person (who is basically saying to wait and is not giving me any more information). Consumer law has rules as to what you are allowed to do when a company does not ship something (see Federal Trade Commission - Consumer Information -> Your Rights When Shopping by Phone, Mail or Online). I have filed an official complaint as they are in violation of the law and I encourage others to do the same.
I would give 1/4 star if it was possible. Shopping with Uplift has been the worst experience. Everything from the delivery, the customer service, the quality of the product, and the return and refund process has been terrible. The only thing that was easy was them processing my credit cards. I placed two separate orders for a total of 3 heated vests and received confirmation on both orders stating delivery time would be 10-13 days. One arrived in 33 days the other in 31. I tried using the tracking numbers provided in the confirmation email but both were incorrect. I attempted to contact customer service using the 1-800 on the website but it turns out that number is just a recording that advises you must send an email. After sending four emails, I received the standard scripted response of apologies and Uplift stating the have no control of delivery times as they showed the packages sent. After more than a month of waiting, the first package arrived and one vest didn't work and both were grossly undersized. After 5 emails requesting return instructions, I was advised that my refund would be 25% less of the original purchase price. It does not matter if the item is broken or not as described, Uplift still keeps 25% of your money. They will gladly exchange it for the same piece of crap product. I'm have filed a complaint with my credit card company.

This is the biggest scam I've seen. They have no problem taking your money but you never receive your order. They have alot of excuses and send tracking that doesn't mean anything. They do not indicate on their website that the items come directly from china and you will NEVER receive it. They indicate that you will receive your order 7-10 days after a 3 day dispatch. HA HA HA They will not give a refund either. STAY AWAY!
I ordered four Items from Inspire Uplift two weeks prior to Christmas. After receiving nothing from them and getting close to Christmas I called and asked for the status. I also said these were Christmas presents and I wanted them before Christmas. I received two items on Christmas Eve and as of today, January 1st I STILL haven't received the other two items. What was the $13.00 shipping for? The items I received were over priced junk. Worst Online Vendor EVER.

I ordered an item, storm sensor, on December 10th believing there is time for it to arrive for Christmas. Prior to ordering, I saw they have an office in Florida so I assumed item was coming from there. To my surprise, once I received shipping info (not until the 16th, 6 days after placing order) I saw that it is shipping from China. If I knew it would be shipping from China I would have NEVER purchased. I have sent countless emails asking if it will arrive by Christmas. All just said it "shipped". Finally, the last response I received said they can not guarantee it will arrive by Christmas! I will never buy from this site again. If you call the Customer Service number, they say to email any questions.
I wish I read the reviews on here before purchasing an item on this website. If I could give 0 stars I would. The delivery service is terrible and it's been now a month I haven't received my item. I asked for a refund as my order has been in transit for nearly 20 days within the country yet nobody has delivered it to my house. I asked for a refund multiple times and I keep getting the same replies "Your order is in transit it will arrive be patient" $#*!ing hell I've been more than patient and NOBODY is delivering it! These people are CROOKS or scamming people by stealing their money. I won't be surprised if I don't receive the item for another whole month or get refunded. Buyers BEWARE and don't buy ANYTHING from this website!
I placed an order early May and still haven't received it. I continuously get the message that it's in transit. I understand that shipping is backed up but this is unacceptable. I will NEVER order from this company again. Im not looking for an APOLOGY... I WANT A REFUND!
According to the tracking info, it has been 11 days since the order "departed the shipping partner", and, it has still NOT reached the USPS. So, I asked where the trading partner was located so that I would know where the item was coming from. Emma, the Inspire Uplift customer service representative, responded by saying "the USPS is in the United States". Either Inspire Uplift has a totally ignorant employee, or, the company is deceptive. Regardless which is true, I do NOT recommend doing business with this company.
I did an order on 4/24/2020. I still haven't received it. I did receive a notification in May that it was delivered but it wasn't. They assured me it was just a mistake and a delay and that it was in route. The original location was China, then it went to Commerce, CA. It went from CA to Atlanta, GA in a day. But can't seem to make it from Atlanta, GA to TN in 3 weeks. I can't seem to get updates without sending a message. Then I get different tracking numbers, showing it was in Los Angeles, CA. I got a notification advising it was in Transit, but when I clicked on the "updated" tracking info it was from May 10, showing it was in Zhengzhou, China. I can't seem to get a straight answer. I don't even know if this is a legitimate company or not. I hope I get my order. But it will be the 1st and last one from me. How they have a 5 star rating is beyond me. I hope this keeps someone from making the same mistake I did!

It took over two weeks to Mail a simple charger. I kept emailing asking why there hasn't been a tracking number and got no response. I'm very frustrated! Should've order from Amazon.
This company will rob your money and time! They have over 600 delivery complaints with the BBB, including mine! The website only keeps good reviews because my review was never posted on 9/17/20.

Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
Answer: The company may have a Florida address, however products are often shipped from outside the US. This was the case with my order, so if you're looking for a reputable company that sells American made products, you should avoid this company.
