I have been writing asking where my product is. They finally locked me out of the account and sent email stating it was delivered... i asked Where? Nothing. No response just the general thank you for writing, we will get back to you as soon as possible. I realize covid 19 is delaying shipment. But i thought i was buying for US company. It shipped from China and says Los Angeles delivery. That is it. Not my address not anything that relates to my area. I live in the county not the city of LA. Where is my order.
Placed an order over a month ago, I have been checking my tracking info often and see that my package was sent back to the sender for some reason? I have since emailed them 4 times, sent a message through their 24/7 chat service, AND messaged them on Instagram with no response. Additionally, when I was placing the order I set my country to Canada and was therefore under the impression that the currency was Canadian And then later saw that I was actually charged more than I thought because it had been in US currency with no indication. Terrible, terrible service.
Never received since over a month, have written them and only get an automatic response "thanks for the great review" I didn't leave them a great review. I will never order again and will have to report them to my bank.

Flowers for my mom still haven't arrived. I ordered them 24 days ago.
My kids wanted to get their grandmother something special for Mother's Day. Their grandma is over 80 years old and all alone during COVID 19.
We are a low income family and sending this gift was a very big deal for us. We picked this company because the flowers were free delivery, but we didn't know that meant she would have to wait, weeks and weeks and weeks. Customer service won't give our money back, they say the flowers are still coming.

I had looked at these items before and felt having these cover ups for my shoes would help with this Covid19 issue.
I knew what I wanted was just waiting for my long lost item to be found and delivered. They found it and I received the item. My faith in the company has been restored.
I ordered something it was supposed to come in 7-10 days, but it never arrived, and they keep sending me the same tracking information, which indicates that my package cleared customs and "delivered to local courier" -- but from there, 2 weeks later, there is still no info on the "local courier". Customer service is useless.

I ordered a desk over a month ago and received an email last week that it was delivered. It was not delivered and it was signed in Chinese. I tried to call about it and was not able to speak to a representative. I tried live chat and got the runaround. I sent several emails and was told that I would hear something regarding my issue in a day. Instead of working to resolve the issue, I received emails asking me to rate my experience. I would have to say it's the worst. I have never been so frustrated with a company and how they handled themselves. They had no problem taking my money. I would steer clear!
I placed two orders for Mother's Day gifts on 5/3/2020 through this company. My orders still haven't been received even though they were supposedly shipped on 5/9/2020. USPS still says they are awaiting the items. I have attempted to call but it goes straight to a recording, I have emailed and I have done live chat a few times. All I keep being told is my items are on their way. No one can tell me when the items will arrive even though they should have been delivered already. And I'm being refused refunds. Buyer beware of this website/company. They are all about taking your money but not giving you the product you order. Also the customer service is hard to get a hold of and less than helpful.

After almost a month of waiting to recieve my product, it still is no where to be found. Their shipping partner, Pitney bowes has horrible reviews and unfortunately my product fell into their hands and USPS never received my item. Inspire Uplift had completely ignored my requests for a refund or to reship my package to make it right. STAY AWAY!
I ordered a Alloy Rim Repair kit from this company. The package arrived broken (Dried up paint bottle / See picture). They do not supply a customer service phone number (intentionally) so I sent them an email with the below pictures. Three days later I receive an email stating they will not send me a new item or credit me back the purchase price because I was outside their RIDICULOUS 14 day return policy window. I emailed them back stating a return policy does not apply to DEFECTIVE merchandise. All I want is what I paid for! I requested that someone call me to address the problem and got no responce. Obviously, I contacted my credit card company and them credited me back my money. Again - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are NOT credible!

Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
Answer: The company may have a Florida address, however products are often shipped from outside the US. This was the case with my order, so if you're looking for a reputable company that sells American made products, you should avoid this company.
