Odered some bras, package arrived but contained Star Wars Masks. Have tried to get them to refund me. They just say your packaged was delivered, end of story. Hopeless. Do not buy from them
This is my second attempt to order the same product. For unknown reasons, the first package (LL*******CN) had a "delivery exception" and was not delivered. No explanation whatsoever.

I purchased a Magic LED Drawing Board for Kids and when it was received I found it was not the item that appeared in the pictures in their advertisement. When I returned it I was told that I would not get a refund but rather a gift card to purchase another product. Why would I purchase another product from a company who engaged in these questionable practices.
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere just in case you want to return the item. I wasn't pleased with the item, I believed it didn't work well. I asked how to return and after countless emails with only one answered a day and then telling me they need a video of it not working properly so I made one. Then was informed that management said it works like it should and to use the diagram they emailed. The product was a self centering drill bit that wobbled uncontrollably in drill and definitely didn't find the center of a hole. My video included a drill bit I bought from another company that works really well and is also made in the USA. Today I was informed again that it works fine and they can't except returns once they've been open(it came in a ziplock bag) and before someone from inspire/uplift replies to this saying to contact them through website, I've done that enough with Charlotte and have had enough of what you call customer service and I'll just use this as a $30 lesson to look elsewhere. So just in case you may want to return something then spend the extra money. Also it took way too long to get here.
This is a comfortable Posture Corrector Brace. It's easily adjustable with the velcro straps. It doesn't dig in under your arms like some others I've tried. So like I said, so far so good.

First the pictures and directions are wrong; there is no safety turn off button as long as the battery is connected, which I should be able to remove but it won't come off... and I can't find where to plug it in to recharge it, which is bad enough, but after I got the saw connected IT DOESN'T EVEN CUT ANYTHING... and there is no company name on the box or instructions... HOW DO I RETURN IT? Oh, and they included the wrong kind of screwdriver!
36 days 11 emails 6 calls and nothing dont buy from them they are out of hong kong not Miami or California 189 complaints at the BBB and 125 are not getting there item there reviews are horrible you have been warned do not deal with unless you can wait months and if its been over 7 -10 days they say go to the BBB right away maybe they will answer them

I ordered this product on Jan 30th with a 7-10 business day shipping time. Plenty of time to get it before my guests from China would arrived on worst case. 10 days business is 14 days tops. Guest arrived on the 13th and leave on the 19th of Feb. On the 9th I shoot the company an email asking for an update. I finally get a notice that my product finally got shipped on the 15th of Feb from China. (WTF) 17 business days before it even shipped.
I've requested 2 refunds form the company with no replies... now going thru paypal.
It is 3/4/19,22 business days and I still haven't seen this product.
I don't mind long lead time but be honest about them.
If they'll lie about this they'll lie about anything.

"Regarding your "power knee stabilizer pads" (order#*****), I am very unhappy with your product, your customer support and therefore your company.
To summarize: I liked the description of this product when I first saw it on the web, and since I suffer from Parkinson's disease, I had hoped that these knee pads would perhaps help me stand up and walk, and maybe even reduce the pain I experience in standing up and walking. Sadly, when I received the pads I realized that not only did they not reduce that pain, they actually contributed to it by adding an uncomfortable sensation, from the pads rubbing against my thigh muscles.
If I had been able to find your product at a local store, I would have tried on a pair and would not have purchased these pads. However, the only way to try the pads was to order a pair, which I did, assuming that like all good companies, your company, too, would probably have a return-for-refund policy. My mistake. Unlike the good companies, you have no such policy. So, OK, you "win."
I should have checked your so called "return" policy before ordering. I did not do that, so now you will no doubt keep my good money in exchange for your useless product. But unless you refund my money you will forever lose this customer, any future orders I would have placed, and the positive references I would have given to your company.

Yes, not only the product arrived damaged and it took a long while to receive it. They wouldn't exchange it for a different product when I asked. They lie that they send a replacement. It takes a week to process shipping! I asked and in a few hours miracously the garbage I didnt want any more was shipped! Why wasn't it shipped so quickly at the very beginning? I asked for refund before and the answer was NO. I look at the website and it says that Only hand made items are not refunded. This garbage is not hand made!
I will continue to leave negative revews every time I can. Never deal with Inspire Uplift. I will dispute this purchase. Hope they will have hard time they use to give to their purchasers

Answer: I have been on them about this since may.(ordered in April). No... I asked for a refund... can't have one, I only get excuses about shipping delays... it's bull!
Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word.
