I purchased an item from this company and supposedly received shipping tracking information. The item took three months to arrive. During that time I requested several refunds which they refused claiming the item was in route and the delay was due to the pandemic. However when using the tracking number provided it showed that the item purchased never moved from its original location. When I finally received the product it was broken. I then contacted them again to request a refund which of course they refused. They instead issued me a credit. I udedbthe credit to purchase a different product. I received an email order confirmation. Again six weeks later no item was received. It was only when I reached out to them directly did I actually receive a shipping confirmation. Low and behold the item did not ship out until I inquired about the status. This company lacks integrity and they are untruthful when they tell you the shipping status or if an item is in stock. Save yourself the hassle and purchase from another retailer. Any other retailer would be better than this one.
Everything I've purchased has been great quality for the price. Shipping time is reasonable. Received my order and love the quality, came on time and I didn't experience any issues.

Very interesting offers, however it was kind of irritating having to repeatedly scroll back to where the offer had been after adding to cart and returning to the main page...
Placed order May 8th and as of July 26th still haven't received the solar lights. No matter how good the product is I will not use a vendor that takes over 3 1/2 months to deliver an order.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMPANY! Do NOT be fooled by the positive reviews! Chances are employees have created these false reviews! I order two pairs of leggings from my InspireUpLift for my mother for Christmas! My mom is a tiny woman and wears a size small. Therefore, I ordered her a size small. I gave it to her for Christmas and they did not fit. The company is saying I can't return them because the package they were shipped in was opened! Are you kidding me? Of course, the package was opened. They were a Christmas present. Also, the shipping package was nothing special. It was a plain black plastic bag with a shipping label and the return address as JFK. Interesting! Additionally, the sizes are NOT made for typical people as a 5XL has a 38" hip. Really?!?!?! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! FIND ANOTHER SITE because they are a rip-off and obviously do not care about customer service or standing by the products they sell.
I ordered the Dust Daddy, an attachment for vacuum cleaners, that is supposed to let you get into little hard to reach dusty areas like keyboards, silverware drawers -- a photo on the box shows a dog getting vacuumed. In any case, the attachment does not fit my Shark vacuum cleaner hose -- the DD is the same diameter as the hose, yet customer service first wrote back to say try again, sometimes it's tight. I then asked to return for a refund, but no go. They would give me a credit if I shipped it back at my own cost. The thing was $20. It's hardly worth packaging it up and mailing it back. I wrote back and said most companies would refund and not even ask to have the product returned, just as good business practice. Heard nothing, so I'm posting here. The product by the way is very unlikely to work even if it fits your vacuum hose. It's a wad of very very tiny plastic tubes. If all you are trying to get is dust, it may work, but if the detritus is any bigger than dust particles, they will not go into the tubes, so I don't see how it could possibly get pet hair, as shown on the box. I would give InspireUplift a zero if there were that option, and this product a one maybe. Ick.

Picture shows tape 2" wide when in fact it's 1/2". One piece held my iPhone. Needed two if in case vstill wouldn't trust in bumpy truck. Not worth the money.

Purchased and paid for an item in early April - customer service has responded for the past 3 months that the product shipped. However the ship tracker is in Chinese and can not be read, Customer service no not responsive. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Answer: I have been on them about this since may.(ordered in April). No... I asked for a refund... can't have one, I only get excuses about shipping delays... it's bull!
Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
