At 1st when input Express checkout system recognised. Had to go bk to input gift code after that express checkout was not functioning. Had manual key all the required details for payment

Purchased item APRIL 23. Today is JUNE 16. Still no item. Have written and written and after a time I get response that item has shipped and its on the way. They refuse to give me refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. They have no intention of making good on their claims. Already complained to BBB and Florida state attny general's office. Wrote to CEO and director of Customer Relations. NOTHING. Then they have gall to send me requests to rate my item and rate customer service. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
What ever you do don't ever buy anything from Inspire Uplift you may as well throw your money down the toilet. They not only sell faulty products that do not work but do not honour their product despite stating 100 % guarantee on their website.

To be honest, waiting close to two months was not a happy experience. Having said that, the box it came in was only protected by a plastic bag, and was bent in many places. Anyone mailing this from china would have double boxed it.
My total experience has been less than satisfactory, but, I know this will go in deaf ears, as has been the entire time I have tried to communicate. No phone number to a live person, email is all a canned response. 435 complaints to the BBB with all similar situations, and each person unhappy with the "instore credit" only, as if they want to wait another 2 months for something.
The service you use for tracking did not ever tell us the date of delivery until the very day it arrived. Really, all the other services I use, which is many, give you the date of delivery. Yours went from LA, to China, to Shanghia, to sea, to LA, to Nevada, and never a date of delivery. It was a complete joke.
How you stay in business by fooling the public is beyond me.

Nice oriduct. Easy to apply, but difficult to manage flow of product. I will need more practice to perfect application. Productcolir is much darker than expected.
I wish you would put more visibly that you charge in USDollars. On paying I got a shock how expensive it was in Australian Dollars. The currency you use should be diisplayed PROMINENTLY at the beginning

My confirmation email came without a tracking order a few weeks ago, I got an email giving me vague information. Never got my package, never even heard from the company
The bra is a bit small and i struggled to do it up. Perhaps i did, nt pick the right size but from what i can remember the sizing was, nt very clear so it was a bit of a guess. A little disappointed.
I never received my item after 6 weeks. I was told it was en route and then Customer Service stopped responding. My mother never received the flowers I ordered for her.
It's too small, it's yellow not white, and it's thin and scratchy! Not at all as shown or advertised! I would never have chosen this if shopping in person.
I ordered 1 outdoor flame torch which worked great. I then ordered 4 others which did not seem to work. Later I figured out how to switch on the flame. Now all of the torches work great!

Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word.
