The locket I ordered is exactly what I saw on the website and it is beautiful for such a low cost. I love everything about it and is was easy to order.
Easy to locate what I was looking for
I am so impressed with this wood book lamp. I have placed it in my library. It opens to 360 degrees and is portable and can be easily charged. It is very beautiful and very close to my heart.
First, I did receive my order as expected. No, it was not within 7-10 days, but when it's being delivered from China you aren't going to get it within 7-10 days. When I first placed my order it plainly stated it would take 1-3 days for the order to be processed. That's before anything even starts happening. Then it says depending on your country or region your delivery time will vary AFTER that. So you are basically 4 days in the hole before anything even starts happening involving delivery. They plainly state this in writing so I had no problems about that part. When all was said and done I placed my order on Jan 18 and received my order Jan 29. The order was correct, complete and in functioning order.
My only complaint with the process is the company should not even promote 7-10 days when that's just not going to happen. Second, their website should use large, bold letters and tell you they are located in China and your product is being sent from China, not the US. That alone will tell you 7-10 days is not going to happen.

Our gifts did not come for Christmas! My daughter and her husband had zero gifts for Christmas
I had signed up for tracking emails and Text messages I found that these were not useful. Most of the time you were unable to pull tracking info or information supplied was not current
Thru Text messages did get response from Holly T in customer service.
Had text today that order was out for delivery today 12/26. I placed orders for gifts online since we no longer live in same state as our family.
Just got off phone with my daughter told me umbrella arrived but not gift for my son in law. The Beer Chiller
My daughter also told me that umbrella is travel sized. On your site the umbrella appears large $24.97 seems to be expensive for travel sized
I am so far very disappointed with your company!

Also if I knew that gifts were coming from China I doubt we would of placed order

Trying to return to where you were on page is impossible. Default is to return you to near the top of the listing so you need to scroll all the way down again to where you were.
Waited 3 weeks for my order and what I got was a cheap knockoff. No response from seller. I'm stuck with it.
I ordered a gift on December 5th. They quickly charged my card and gave delivered no merchandise. The tracking number is not functioning. Never order from them.

In December of 2020 we ordered a $60 lamp from InspireUplift.com. It was going to be a Christmas present.
We thought I had given ourselves lots of time but the lamp didn't come until January. When it DID come, it was cracked because the packaging was a thin cardboard box over the lamp's regular packaging. No protective packaging whatsoever.
We contacted support and they sent a new one, this one also took a while but not a full month. When we did receive it around February 26th, the packaging was the same flimsy box over box and the box itself was crushed and ripped but the lamp was not cracked this time. We tried it out and it seemed to work.
LESS than 2 months later, the lamp will now no longer turn off, you now have to unplug it. We did nothing to create this problem, the switch still moves it just doesn't shut off. It is clearly defective in some way. We contacted support and they stated that we were outside the 14 day window and couldn't get a refund.
So to sum up, for $60 we got what was supposed to be Christmas present two months late and it only worked for 2 months. This is a horrible company that does not stand behind its products.
The T-shirt was a gift for a family member and she was very happy with it.
The whole process from ordering to delivery was good and to an excellent timeline.

Horrible company. Orders take several weeks to arrive because THEY SHIP FROM FREAKIN CHINA though they won't tell you that. Then the sizing is WAY OFF so you have to return for a refund. Well they try to talk you out of a refund, and when you inisist THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. Nearly a month since I returned item, have contacted them and STILL WAITING FOR REFUND. I won't hesitate to take them to court.

Answer: I have been on them about this since may.(ordered in April). No... I asked for a refund... can't have one, I only get excuses about shipping delays... it's bull!
Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
