Never received 1st order so ordered again

Had to order pet vacuum twice and pay twice... still never received!
Finally received 1st order and tried to cancel 2nd order but was told it was already shipped so could not be stopped. I tried to cancel the 2nd order in less than 15 mins after ordering... NOONE SHIPS THAT QUICK... PLUS IT'S BEEN NEARLY A MINTH AND STILL NOT RECEIVED! I WILL REFUSE it when received and if I do not get a refund I will take your company to court!

Product never functioned. No response to emails except for canned responses with NO follow up. Delay Delay Delay. Had to file a complaint with BOTH BBB and my CC Company to get a refund of my purchase price. NEVER RECIEVED REFUND FOR MY RETURN POSTAGE. HORRIBLE COMPANY HORRIBLE - NO - CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a Alloy Rim Repair kit from this company. The package arrived broken (Dried up paint bottle / See picture). They do not supply a customer service phone number (intentionally) so I sent them an email with the below pictures. Three days later I receive an email stating they will not send me a new item or credit me back the purchase price because I was outside their RIDICULOUS 14 day return policy window. I emailed them back stating a return policy does not apply to DEFECTIVE merchandise. All I want is what I paid for! I requested that someone call me to address the problem and got no responce. Obviously, I contacted my credit card company and them credited me back my money. Again - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are NOT credible!

Below is the first (and ONLY) responce I received from them: Hey James,

Thanks for reaching out, I'm happy to help! I just checked your tracking information and it shows that your order was delivered on (25th of March 2020).

I just checked and saw your delivery date is outside of our 14-day return policy for a return, refund, or store credit. I'm very sorry for this, please on future orders if you have any issues feel free to reach out right away. We do have a 24/7 live chat as well.

Do not order any thing

I ordered 3 Pony tail beanies on Dec 12th Ive yet to get them> NO phone # to contact them I have emailed them dozens of times, I finally called my back and they credited my account back and they will dispute with them.

Hope you're doing well. I'm really sorry to apprise you that your parcel was lost during the transit by the logistics company. You don't know how much guilt I feel at this point. But this is totally out of our hand.
As the Christmas and New Year recently went by and the shipping company had to deal with a huge backlog, your package was lost by the courier company during the processing of this load of orders. We gave you a full refund. You received your credit from the bank.
Once again I apologize for that.
